James: This is a difficult but necessary letter to write.
I hope your telephone call was not to receive my blessing for the degrading of your lifestyle. I have fond memories of our times together but that is all in the past.
Don't expect any further conversations with me. No communications at all. I will not come to visit, nor do I want you in my house.
You've made your choice though wrong it may be. God did not intend for this unnatural lifestyle.
If you choose not to attend my funeral, my friends and family will understand.
Have a good birthday and a good life.
No present exchanges will be accepted.

Either way ,its not the first time it's happened and won't be the last. I would go with fake since all someone has to do is just write this crap and post it. Not like it's CIA level cryptic or anything but Hell its just a hand written note with no name to even go on to even begin to link it to. Glad they have all that talent to decipher the true meaning and intent from just one page of paper and who it was that wrote it. They could make a great career on TV as the new super duper cop .

I don't see what the big effin deal is. I mean the DUmmies are always talking about disowning relatives over politics. To me the ghey kid is much worse than typical politics. What if that son is the last male in that line of the family? It's an end to that line of genes. Of course, if the son is ghey, then there may be defective genes there anyway.

A man who reported to police that he was beaten outside the Missoula Club early Sunday morning because he was gay has been cited for making a false report to law enforcement.
Joseph Baken, 22, pleaded guilty Tuesday afternoon in Missoula Municipal Court.
But on Tuesday, Missoula police received a video that showed Baken trying to do a backflip off a curb on North Higgins Avenue at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday and striking his face on the sidewalk, Brodie’s statement said.
The photo of Baken’s injuries was displayed on Huffington Post and the Wipe Out Homophobia page on Facebook, among others. The initial report prompted renewed calls by some to add sexual orientation to Montana’s bias law.

I would never write off my kid if he/she were gay. That being said, this letter was written 5 years ago and we don't know if it is real...and neither do you DUmmies.

My best friend's father did something similar when he came out to them. His letter was 10 pages long, full of Bible quotes telling his son why he was going to hell. They reconciled a few years later and they've had a good relationship since. It was a crappy thing for his dad to do but I think he was in complete shock. There isn't a family anywhere that's perfect or that hasn't done or said shitty things to one another. Get over it and go on, don't post it on the internet 5 year later (the internet DID exist when it was written why do it now...if it's true)?
What the hell is it with these people that they need to be the victim? Don't they ever think personal strength, overcoming and "living well is the best revenge" is better than whining while standing in the same place for the rest of their lives?
