Axelrod Says Romney Could Put Reid’s Tax Allegations To Bed By Releasing Returns
David Axelrod, senior adviser to the Obama campaign, said the campaign did not know who the person is that told Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid that Mitt Romney hasn’t paid taxes for 10 years in an interview on “Fox News Sunday.†Reid has said that a credible source gave him this information about Romney. Axelrod called on Romney to put the issue to bed by releasing his tax returns.

Tell you what, he can release them in the third year of his first term, like 0bama did with his birth certificate.

1. Say it loud, David, early and often, and over and over and over again! nt
The democrats are desperate, they so badly want his tax returns so they can find one little thing and try to spin it to make Romney look bad. The reality is, Romney is a not a stupid man and he is not falling for their trap, he knows they will go line by line and do their best to try to claim that something in there that they can lie about and make an issue of.

Hasn't it been the primitives who insisted that Sarah Palin release her 5th-grade report-cards, and at the same time insist it's not "important" for Barack Milhous to release any of his college transcripts?
-
Gov. Romney could appoint a spokesperson within the IRS gave give the person expressed permission to publicly state the Romneys are current with all returns and all taxes owed have been paid.
-
I agree with my fellow Wisconsinite Reince Priebus: Harry Reid is a dirty liar.
A dirty lying SOB.

John McLame has allready done that. Romney isn't going to give them shit. DUmmies allways believe others are as stupid as they are and will fall for their half-assed traps.

That's what I am hoping.

They went through her underwear drawer in 2008.

Or Reid could prove the allegation.

Axelrod Says Romney Could Put Reid’s Tax Allegations To Bed By Releasing Return
Romney's spokesperson should turn this around and say "President Obama could put allegations about F&F to bed by releasing those documents to Rep Issa. He could put allegations about a forged COLB to bed by releasing it. He could put allegations about his college records and transcripts to bed by releasing them. Instead, he has spent, and continues to spend, millions of dollars to seal those records. What does the President have to hide?"
Axelrod saying this just confirms it started in the WH. They could have left it with Reid, and he'd have been the fall guy. Now it's a direct political attack by O.
-
I would bet money that the WH already has copies of Mitt Romney's tax returns in hand, they are just waiting to see if he blinks. **** them.

They probably do, but they can't DO anything with the info without Romney publically releasing the returns. As much as Americans don't love the IRS, they love it being used as a tool for political attacks even less. The ads basically write themselves, donations would pour in and O might even lose a few solidly blue states.

Nevermind :whistling:

No doubt that little Timmy Geitner personally faxed 0bama a copy.

Copies shared with "reporter" from NYT. Front page story already written and ready to print, all it needs is to be post-dated.

:agree:
H5, BTW.

'But Mr. Priebus, while appearing on ABC's "This Week," called the debate over Mr. Romney's refusal to make his tax returns public "just a made-up issue."
"I'm not going to respond to a dirty liar who hasn't filed a single page of tax returns himself, complains about people with money but lives in the Ritz Carlton here down the street," Mr. Priebus said.'

That was good. It would have been better if he called Reid a pedophile, though..

Good to see Priebus get into this with guns a-blazin'. Notice how Stephanopolos (sp?) tried to get him to back down, and Priebus doubled down.
It works both ways, DUmb****s.

The RNC is pretty pissed over these stupid lies and childish games the obama admin is playing.

As they should be. Someone within the RNC could really turn this on the Dems, and I have a feeeling that it's gonna happen right about my birthday. (Some of you know when that is . . . O-) )

Romney, and the RNC, are holding back until after the convention (Which is in two weeks by the way). After that, I look for them to come out of the gate with guns a blazing.

Exactly. Mitt is the presumtive nominee at this point. Once nominated he may have a reason to put more information out but until he is official why would he? Besides it is like the old joke "How do you keep a DUmmy in suspense?" :rotf:
Let them eat themselves up wondering if there is anything concrete they can use against him.
As for Harry Reid, if he feels his honor has been challenged, let him challenge Priebus to a duel. :fuelfire:
Who was it that said Harry made his money in gambling and prostitution?

Unnamed sources. I also have it from multiple sources he has some sort of young boy foot fetish.

I think it would be smart for him to wait until around the end of October to release his tax returns. That way it won't give obama enough time to comb over them and try to find anything possible to put against him.
-
Harry Reid, an accused pederast, could put these very, very serious allegations to bed as well. One can only assume that Harry Reid, an accused pederast, is a pedophile and according to his official office statement likes them "CUTE".

Hence Harry's oft quoted quip "There is no greater joy than a round bottom boy".

Tax returns are supposedly sealed, right? Obama is the president so if anyone is to release sealed records it should be him going first, right? Mitt's school records are out there and so is his BC, right? So, you first Obama....and BTW you've had at least 4 years already so don't ask for more time.

Hopefully, the people who are not decided on a candidate are good Americans who respect fair play and decency.
1. Heresay is not admissible in court nor should it be in normal human interaction.
2. In court one has the right to face his accuser and decent people also afford that right.
3. In America, we are considered innocent until "proven" guilty.
These are corrupt attacks by slimy people and, I believe they will backfire on the thugs who carried them out. Hopefully it will bleed over on Obama as well.

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/07/18/Top-Ten-Things-Obama-Has-Not-Released
10. State senate papers. In the 2008 primary, Obama criticized Hillary Clinton for not releasing papers from her eight years as First Lady--but failed to produce any papers from his eight years in Springfield. “They could have been thrown out,†he said.
9. Academic transcripts. His supposed academic brilliance was a major selling point, but Obama (by his own admission) was a mediocre student. His GPA at Occidental was a B-plus at best, and his entering class at Columbia was weak. Can he prove his merit?
8. Book proposal. Obama’s literary agent claimed he was “born in Kenyaâ€--for sixteen years. His original book proposal exists--biographer David Maraniss refers to it--and seems to have embellished other key details of his life. Yet it has never been released.
7. Medical records. In 2000, and again (briefly) in 2008, GOP presidential candidate Sen. John McCain released thousands of pages of his medical records. Obama, who had abused drugs and continued smoking, merely provided a one-page doctor’s note.
6. Small-dollar donors. In 2008, the McCain campaign released the names of donors who had contributed less than $200, though it was not required to do so. But the Obama campaign refused, amidst accusations it had accepted illegal foreign contributions.
5. The Khalidi tape. In 2003, Obama attended a party for his good friend, the radical Palestinian academic Rashid Khalidi. The event featured incendiary anti-Israel rhetoric. The LA Times broke the story, but has refused to release the tape--and so has Obama.
4. The real White House guest list. Touting its transparency, the Obama White House released its guest logs--but kept many visits secret, and moved meetings with lobbyists off-site. It also refused to confirm the identities of visitors like Bertha Lewis of ACORN.
3. Countless FOIA requests. The Obama administration has been described as “the worst†ever in complying with Freedom of Information Act requests for documents. It has also punished whistleblowers like David Walpin, who exposed cronyism in Americorps.
2. Health reform negotiations. Candidate Obama promised that health care reform negotiations would be televised on C-SPAN. Instead, there were back-room deals worth millions with lobbyists and legislators--the details of which are only beginning to emerge.
1. Fast and Furious documents. After months of stonewalling Congress, Attorney General Eric Holder asked President Obama to use executive privilege to conceal thousands of documents related to the deadly scandal--and Obama did just that.
I'm sorry DUmmies, what were you saying?
