Even the commercials aimed at older people about supplemental insurance for medicare add sort of a disclaimer.  "You can keep your own doctor if they take medicare."

Can't women just get their pap smears, free contraceptives, and breast exams from their local IRS agent?

Men are still on their own, but then we always have been.

Pretty sure the IRS is willing to give men free prostate exams, too.
