'She was driving insane'! Iron Chef star Cat Cora was 'yelling at bystanders' according to 911 call before drink driving arrest

She has already spoke out to admit her shame about her drink driving arrest earlier this month.
And Iron Chef star Cat Cora will be feeling embarrassed again after it emerged a worried driver told police she 'driving insane' and 'yelling at us' after she crashed her car in posh Santa Barbara, California earlier this month.
The man also told the telephone operator he believed she was drunk and urged police to attend the scene.

They promptly did, and the television personality was later arrested on a DUI charge.

I'd let her garnish my plate any day.

Do you know she's gay?

Details, details.

Details, details.
OK, from Wikipedia:
Cora is openly lesbian and has four sons – Zoran, Caje, Thatcher, and Nash – with her partner, Jennifer. Jennifer bore the first three; Cat gave birth to Nash three months after Thatcher was born. She currently resides in the Santa Barbara, California area with her family.

OK, from Wikipedia:
That was rhetorical. :p
What's with the stupid names? I swear, if you can't give your kid a decent name, you shouldn't be having any.

Do you know she's gay?
That's probably why she drinks.

Wouldn't be the first time I've made that mistake.

Next question.

Is anyone on Food Network or HGTV straight?

Yeah, I think Bobby Flay is straight.
But he's an asshole.
Mario Batali likes to steal from his employees, so I guess that makes him an asshole too. I dunno about straight, though.
They've got plenty of fudgepackers on those house design shows -- Mrs. E watches those shitbird shows and when they start swishing, I'm outta there.
Oh, I'm pretty sure Mike Holmes is straight. You don't find too many queers in the construction business, I would think.
-
Yeah, and Guy Fieri is so scared of being labeled a homo it's almost comical. Of course, since his real family name is Ferry, I'm sure he's had a lifetime of verbal sh*t. :lmao:

He's a Tony Stewart fan, so he's gotta be gay.

Guy Fieri is so classically Califunny that it isn't.
Between the spiked platinum hair, the dumbass backwards sunglasses, and 47 tattoos sprinkled all over, the only thing that's missing is the valleyspeak.
Oh, wait.
What I'd like to know is, who in the hell makes sure that that '67 Camaro gets to where it needs to be? With guy running two restaurants and doing the DDD show, ain't no way in hell he's driving that thing around the country.
-
Some of those intros with the 67' cam aren't location specific. I'm sure there is a tractor-trailer used for hauling it where it needs to be when it makes a difference.
I understand the car really does belong to Guy and it gets it's own salary. :)
-
I'm guessing the cameraman drives a truck with a tow dolly on the back for "emergencies".

I've seen the show enough times to know that he does an intro from outside the joint that's being shown, usually just after he's pulled up in the Camaro. Kinda hard to pull that off from Sacramento every time.

I said some of the intros were not location specific. Otherwise, that car gets hauled around in an unmarked truck. Maybe there's more than one of them. Aha!

Well, his Food Network article says he's big into muscle cars (Chevies, that is), so it makes sense that that one is his. And it's a ragtop, IIRC.
I'm thinking the Camaro is hauled around in a truck and Guy jets out to meet the team when it's time to shoot.
When you think about it, production costs for that show are not high. No fancy sets, no legions of makeup artists, no crazy-ass special effects people.
-
He sure don't drive it all over the country. The wheels are wobbling!
-
Erm, can't speak for any of the others, but I am pretty certain Mike Holmes is not gay. Tony Stewart is though.
-
If Stewarts not gay, he missed his calling! :-) But yeah, I'm pretty sure that most of the people, with a few exceptions, on HGTV and Food Network are gay.

He did a DDD segment on Bob's Clam Hut in Kittery. I believe the car was hauled up and he drove it a couple of miles up Route 1.
Bob's is okay, but there are better places that aren't nearly as overpriced. ($22 for whole belly clams? Seriously?)

Wow! When I lived in York, Me in the '80's. Seafood was cheap. I was getting lobster chix for about $2.99/lb. Used to eat at the Weathervane quite a bit. I need to make a trip up there.

Don't do the one in Kittery. Pretty much everything there is overpriced with the outlet malls around it.
Lots of little places that still sell new shell lobsters for as little as $3.50/lb. Just drive up Route 1 and you'll find them.

Thanks, Sparky. I guess every town has to grow up. We used to call York, "Little Mass" because of all the tourists from Mass up there.

Still is. Don't even THINK of going up to the Lakes Region/Conway in NH, or pretty much anyplace south of Bangor on Friday afternoon. Traffic sucks balls.
Same way coming back on Sunday. Scoobie and I took the boy child to York Wild Kingdom yesterday. Route 1 and I-95 southbound SUCKED, but fortunately, where we live we could hit the "side" roads going back home and miss most if not all of the bumper-to-bumper on I-95.
-
The Wild Kingdom is still there? Wow. Traffic always sucked balls especially in the summer time. We lived off the exit just before the tolls. Always had to take back roads to get home. I wonder if Flo's hot dogs are still around?
Sorry for the... :jacked2: :offtopic:

My male gaydar is nearly infallible. My female gaydar, has it's flaws.

I'd tap that ass with her girlfriend watching.
