Muppets creator ends partnership with Chick-fil-A over anti-gay sentiments
The Jim Henson Company, the entertainment organization that traces its origins to the founding of The Muppets in 1958 by puppeteer Jim Henson, has ended its affiliation with Chick-fil-A over the restaurant chain’s anti-gay sentiments.
In an announcement posted on their Facebook page Friday, the company said it would donate its latest residual check to GLAAD, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation:

Let's see, I'm guessing that relationship involved Chick-fil-A paying the Henson company for use of their characters, so who is going to be losing money over this?

I'm not sure if it did or not. I haven't watched the muppets in a while (I did see their new movie and wasn't all that impressed with it), but as for the originals, I haven't seen it in years.
I think Brian Henson is running it now? Even though it is owned by Disney.
