11. Money doesn't matter so much this time around.
If Romney continues to bring the GOP's brand name down, he will drop out. He will also get stressed out with the media pile-on, which has only just started.

30. I would not bet any money on it. But I think it is possible.
The difference now is that we are too close to the convention. Many in the GOP have already abandoned Romney. If things get much worse, and Romney can't take the pressure any longer, he may drop.
Of course it's all speculation.

4. His ego is to large to allow him to drop out.
He can't imagine himself losing. He is simply incapable of rational thought on this issue.
The nominee is Romney.

14. Depends on what's in the tax returns
It could be pure political poison -- I'm betting that he didn't pay any taxes in one ore more of those years -- and he'll either release the return an get hit by a shitstorm of biblical proportions or not release them and have the campaign become all about his secrecy.
Screwed. Either. Way.
So he might just say, "**** it. I'm a millionaire and I don't need this crap" and drop out.

12. Romney is not going to drop out
This idea just seems sillier all the time.
He's an arrogant republican who thinks he knows what's best for the rest of us.
He's NOT dropping out.

37. I don't think he'll drop out.
I suspect the GOP would rather throw this election with their crap candidate then have it look like their party has fallen apart.

I will not vote for Romney if he has been caught screwing Moochelle. ...other than that , I don't see any reason I can't vote for him.

Is it violating the VRWC rulebook if I tell them that Romney is just a front candidate so that we can get Sarah Palin in?
SHHHHHHHH!!!! :therock:
He also probably thinks Obama has a good shot at Texas.
