The above picture was taken just before Biden was set to speak by CBS News’ Rodney Hawkins who says the NAACP is blaming the lack of attendance on the rain. Anyone buying that excuse?

WTH? It was raining, they didn't have to swim the sea to get there.
This excuse is as bad as some of the others I've read about blacks not learning to swim, i.e. not wanting expensive hair styles ruined. So now it's racist to expect black women to come to work in the rain because in slave days some slaves may not have been taught to swim? Just another example of liberals keeping blacks on their plantation - "You can't swim. You haven't the ability to learn this on your own. You must be taught by the government. Trust us. We know what's good for you."

True I have met people of all racist's that lived on the coasts of their country's and had to shake my head when they told me they could not swim. WTF were their parents, family's and comunities thinking to allow anyone near any water to not know how to swim ?????
Damn, take a Puppy born and raised in the desert, put them over water and their legs begin the dog paddle.
This subject is so strange to me, how any person cannot hook into the survival mode of animals that do this as part of their non taught but instinct survival patterns.
Think I need to put into a science grant for $2,000,000 to find out why some people cannot swim but cats can.
