Title: Watching the cup race at Daytona
Post by: EagleKeeper on July 07, 2012, 07:53:02 PM
No 2 car drafts so far. :yahoo:

This is the way the plate tracks should be run.

JR is doing the right things but the help (drafting as apposed to the bump draft) is just not there.

That yellow flag pit sequence was kinda brutal.

That outside (middle) line is going to work...

Oh Poops, another wreck...

Kurt Busch  in the 1 car packed it into the middle line going into the corner and slipped a bit.

Again.

The end of that race was a wreck fest. I am glad to see smoke win it.

One major complaint. They show way too many commercials. I mean way too many. I was about ready to throw something at the tv. I want to watch racing, not five hours of advertisements. Brian France was told about it yesterday at the press conference. Whether they are going to do something about it or not? Probably not. NASCAR is pretty bull headed about opinions of other people.
