Found it: By 2014, more people will be eligible for Medicaid

Increasing Access to Medicaid
Effective January 1, 2014
Americans who earn less than 133% of the poverty level (approximately $14,000 for an individual and $29,000 for a family of four) will be eligible to enroll in Medicaid. States will receive 100% federal funding for the first three years to support this expanded coverage, phasing to 90% federal funding in subsequent years.

Why would ANY state agree to expand coverage when they lose funding after 3 years? Oh wait, they won't:
States may opt out of Medicaid expansion... (http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2012/06/30/states_may_opt_out_of_medicaid_expansion/?p1=News_links)
Morons.

It's nearly impossible in my area to find a Doctor who takes Medicaid, a friend of my Mom who's on it has to go out of the County to see specialists, and only a few PCP's take it.

Republican Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, for one, made clear his state will sit tight.
"We'll look to the fall and if there is a new president and a new Senate that's part of a Congress willing to change, that's the next step -- political," Walker said.
I LOVE my Gov!

Medicaid has double the rejection of treatment rates of Medicare which has triple the rejection of treatment rates of private insurance.
All of this is going to end up ****ing 85% of the people to slightly help 7% of the people. Once again the big-gov totalitarians have brought us down to the lowest denominator of society.

Nope....Shot their wad, so to speak.

I don`t know how other states do it but in NY if you are on Medicaid they assign a lien on any property you own for every dollar the county spends.
You can own nothing.

That's the dirty little secret they don't tell their useful idiots...that half trillion Obamacare was suppose to save in Medicaid/Medicare cuts was basically supposed to be delivered by stiffing the doctors on what they did allow and disallowing a shitload of the patient cases.
