RS officials on background tell FOX Business the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on health reform gives the IRS even more powers than previously understood.
The IRS now gets to know about a small business's entire payroll, the level of their insurance coverage -- and it gets to know the income of not just the primary breadwinner in your house, but your entire family’s income, in order to assess/collect the mandated tax.

Just so folks understand. That's HOUSEHOLD income that is considered for the penalty. So if grandma, your adult children, a roommate, etc is living with you, it better all be there. And if any of those individuals don't get insurance, sounds to me like you might have some liability for the penalty. So you get to police your family or suffer the consequences. What a big steaming pile of horse manure this is. Draconian in everyway. On the plus side, perhaps loads of dummies will start seeing the door as their families and friends find them too much a liability to endure. :whistling:
