Post by: docstew on June 29, 2012, 06:33:57 PM: A senior officer in the 525th Battlefield Surveillance Battalion was shot and killed by an enlisteed Soldier of the battalion during a safet y brief. The shooter turned the weapon on himself and attempted to committ suicide. He was unsuccessful and was in custody as of 1800 yesterday.

Too bad, now the little 'tard will be on suicide watch and a lot of NCOs will have to waste their time trying to keep him from offing himself, just so the Army can try him and then the staff at the Disciplinary Barracks can waste their time keeping him from offing himself for ten years to life.

He did finish himself off, it just took two days for the self-inflicted wounds to kill him.
