Title: Hey Lurking DUmbasses...another question
Post by: Rebel on June 28, 2012, 12:36:06 PM
2013, Republicans take over the executive office and both branches of Congress. They immediately pass a law that says every living citizen must purchase an M-4 assault rifle or pay a 500 penalty, excuse me, "tax".

Now one of you idiot Progs tell me how they can't do that after today.

How about this, you've ALWAYS followed a certain school, but that school is not considered "the flagship". If you want to attend your school of choice, you have to pay a 3% "privilege tax", maybe a 6% "luxury tax" if it's one of those evil private schools, for wanting to go to school closer to home and because you're taking money away from the state's flagship. Tell me how they can't do THAT after today's ruling.

You idiots have no damn idea what power you just gave, no, "ceded" to the federal government because you're too Damn lazy to do it yourself. Enjoy your Chevy Volts, b*tches. Don't want one, you'll be charged a 5% "luxury tax" on the final bill of any other car you want to purchase. I could make so many damn analogies JUST like this one and you couldn't come up with one damn reason they couldn't do it. You FOOLS cheering this are too ****ing stupid to realize you're cheering the death of federalism.

If it happens, I WON'T comply!!!!!  (Mine is a 7.62 x 39mm household: it's a helluva lot more versatile than 5.56 x 45mm.  :-) )

Something else for the Hey Lurkers thread.  I noticed a thread over there asking "Why are all the Talking Heads on the news sounding so sad?

Most repliers, as usual, got it wrong.  They thought it was because the broadcasters are part of the eeeevil corporate cabal.

The truth is, this ruling means the demokrats just enacted the hugest tax increase on everybody in this country in its history.  Poor and middle-class as well.  This is the death knell for Obama's presidency.  That is why they are so sad.

If you need even more drill-down, only lunatics like you loooove taxes.  Normal people loathe them with a passion.  Most people are making ends meet only by a thread, if that, and don't see how they're going to be able to swing one more cent for taxes.

I think you need to leave the hive and go walk around on the streets.  Go into those grocery stores you're always in.  The comments I heard on my lunch hour were along the lines of "I'm not voting for that asshole again."  This is blue New York, not red North Idaho, BTW.

We can tax abortions.

Even the retroactive ones at the FEMA camps.

And remember: The mandate is meant to cover the added costs the uninsured impose on the system.

Every elective abortion is a loss of economic activity; a lifetime of productivity and taxpaying gone unrealized.

We should tax each abortion for the collective economic activity and revenue lost.

Tax the doctors.

Any liberal will will deny that a tax imposed on a company transfers to the consumer. Presumably, the companies just absorb the cost. And since abortions are already profitable we will tax those who profit from them who we shall deem Big Suction.

That wouldn't work.  Look who has the most abortions.  There is little loss to economic activity in the lefty families.

CDC Analysis Provides New Look at Disproportionate Impact of HIV and Syphilis Among U.S. Gay and Bisexual Men

A data analysis released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention underscores the disproportionate impact of HIV and syphilis among gay and bisexual men in the United States.

The data, presented at CDC's 2010 National STD Prevention Conference, finds that the rate of new HIV diagnoses among men who have sex with men (MSM) is more than 44 times that of other men and more than 40 times that of women.

Proposed: A tax on non-heteros for their disproportionate impact on healthcare resources.

Hell, with the precedent set today, that might even pass full constitutionality, including the commerce clause as it does affect commerce.  :cheersmate:

To Lurking DUmbasses, you have no iDEA how much power you gave them, you idiots. I guess the right needs to take a little blame as well for Bush appointing that jackass Roberts who said, "It is not our role to forbid it, or pass upon its wisdom or fairness". Yes, jackass, that IS your damn role. You're supposed to rule based on constitutionality and the rule of law, not public opinion. You just said that if the majority of the American public gets together and wants a law prohibiting gingers from owning land without paying a ginger tax, they could do it.
