Title: sick of the lies
Post by: Gina on June 26, 2012, 06:33:44 AM
I just watched the Obama video of their discussion about their first date.

They say in the video that they went and had lunch, Art institute, and then a Spike Lee movie "Do the Right Thing"  :???:   http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/25/barack-obama-first-date-michelle_n_1625507.html?ncid=edlinkusaolp00000003

Then you can pull up an Oprah interview that says they ate ice cream on a curb.
Quote
My First Date With Michelle
Barack Obama, U.S. President

"I'm your adviser," she said. "It's not appropriate." Finally, I offered to quit my job, and at last she relented. On our first date, I treated her to the finest ice cream Baskin-Robbins had to offer, our dinner table doubling as the curb. I kissed her, and it tasted like chocolate.

Why oh WHY doesn't the media or someone bust them on these lies.  Why are the liberals taking this shit spoonful by spoonful?  So discouraging that they are that ignorant.

Well the video on huff post says "first meal together" and the Oprah says "first date"

And the "first date" didnt include a meal, so its possible that both are true.

Edit: its just the huff post title that says first date also, just poor reporting by huff post. no surprise there.

I'm beginning to suspect Moochelle may also be a "composit".  Although it is very lifelike.

I've been with my wife since 1986 and still remember the day we met and when she moved in 4 days later.

I can pin it down to the month and year, but not the date, that Mrs E and I connected.

She's got all that buried in her noggin, but not me.

Could not agree more. I don't give a shit about Barry and his Bridezilla other than how they've both managed to **** up our country to the extent that they have. They could've met while pulling boogers out of each other's noses for all I care.

I believe Gina's point is that Obama can't even keep the lies about his own life straight. Eiither of these occasions qualifies as a "date" easily, and only one can be first. It's worth pointing out--and I'm glad she did--because it's just more of a reminder of the completely self-synthesized nature of the man. He has no core at all. He has strongly held ideological beliefs (all anathema to liberty), but even these are sacrificable to his most important possession--his ego.

Who is willing to write the book, "The Lies That Were The Obama"?

IOW's....everything we've been told about him is a lie, a prefabrication, a collection of inaccuracies, a manufactured persona to trust him into position of power.

Everything that would tell us who or what he really is has been sealed.

and hes only claiming 1 is the first, there is difference between "first date" and "first meal" if the first date didnt include a meal and according to Obama it didnt. Its factually correct.

No, it factually incorrect; it is interpretively correct only if you imagine the video in the first link was NOT intended to engender the idea that THAT was their first date. If you want to believe that, go ahead, but I don't. You're drawing a distinction without a difference. Nicely Clintonian of you, though.

And that's all I have to say about that. Enjoy your spin.

You are the one who is choosing your own meaning of things the video clearly says "first meal" you ASSUMED that meant first date and you know what they say about assuming

Ok, what the hell, got more to say. I'll spell it out for you in crystal clear English, since you couldn't get it the first time: the video is intended to CAUSE PEOPLE TO MAKE THE ASSUMPTION YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. The Obamas WANT you to think they are describing their first DATE in that vid, not their first meal. And many people WILL make the assumption--because that vid is designed to CREATE that assumption. That is its PURPOSE. It's small-time propaganda, but it's propaganda nonetheless. It is really DOUBLY a lie, as it's founded on misleading propaganda.

But I can already tell that you know that and are just flakking for them.

Now I'm done.

Hi,

You are sure sounding like the typical liberal.  Perhaps we should discuss the fabrications in his book.  Perhaps we should discuss his phony birth certificate.  Perhaps we should discuss his phony campaign promises.  Perhaps we should discuss the fact the pretends to be Christian when in his book and his behavior makes it pretty clear he is a muslim.  Yeah he was an professor specializing in Constitutional law........well he actually worked there anyway.  Naaah, he never really knew Bill Ayers or Rev.Wright either, naaah, just some guys he saw once in Chicago.

Kinda puts chocolate ice cream on a curb in perspective doesn't it?  I don't give a damn if it was ice cream or whatever; both accounts are probably untrue anyway based on everything else they have produced about their past.

Cut the bullshit!  The guy is totally fabricated.  Even the mainstream media is beginning to question who and what this idiot really is and what he stands for, including Chris Matthews.

Regards,

Im a liberal for focusing on the economy over semantics? liberals are the one who care whether Romney cut some kids hair or not, or whether Obama had ice cream or went a movie.

There are plenty of examples of Obama lying about his past however this isnt one of them

Hi,

Sorry but I disagree with you.  When a person constantly lies, all credibility is flat out gone.  He/she is guilty until proven innocent.

Their behavior is such that no one believes them anymore, much like the little boy who cried wolf.  It comes with the territory with Obama.
