If the Individual Mandate is Overturned...
If the Individual Mandate is overturned wouldn't that invalidate state's mandate for drivers to purchase auto insurance?
I know... I've heard the bullshit argument that driving is a privilege and not a right, but that 'should' be irrelevent. Whatever constitutional basis the SCOTUS uses to rule against the Healthcare Act's individual mandate should still apply to the state's mandating private auto insurance. You don't, after all, lose your constitutional rights when you use the nation's roadways.

Forget about the State vs Fed issue, one would wonder if the DUmmie would be in favor of mandatory auto insurance even for those who do not even own a car? I assume that would be the same as making everyone having health insurance.

Slightly off topic, but you need an ID to get healthcare, so why is ID for voting a bad thing?

WHAT THE HELL?
Can someone, ANYONE, translate this inane, insane, asinine piece of incoherent bullshit?
IMO, DUmmie OneStupidDemocrat is guilty of posting under the influence (of STUPIDITY!)

One Angry Democrat should change his screen name to One Stupid Ass.

Once again - for emphasis....
Car Insurance:
One can be an American and choose to not drive without an insurance penalty.
Obamacare :
One CANNOT be an American and choose to not have health insurance without paying a penalty.

Oh Yeah, The stupid is deep in this one.

If it is and the entire 0bama HellCare is thrown out 74% of the USA will be happy.
I'm hoping that the consent of the governed makes a comeback.

It thinks the 10th Amendment is nothing more than a poor excuse to endorse slavery and was overturned by the Civil War (No, really this is how they think); so it doesn't even occur to the idjit that the fed is unable to write laws that would be perfectly constitutional for the states.

There are four justices sitting on the Supreme Court who agree with the idjit.
If the muslim wins reelection, that number could increase to six or more.

There's a piece on Drudge this morning about how Justice Kennedy is starting to lean Leftward. I don't know if that will be revealed Thursday (by his vote on Obamacare).

One can drive without insurance. One cannot own a vehicle, and place it on a public roadway without insurance. It's the vehicle that requires insurance, not the individual.

Honestly - when it comes to SCOTUS decisions, you have to read them yourselves to make this determination. I haven't read them yet so I will reserve judgement on whether he is leaning left or if he had zero comfort level when looking at the facts of the case vs. precedent and the Constitution.

They see it as free stuff for them. I mean, its not like they're going to be paying for anything. They won't pay a dime yet will use all the services. We won't be able to use anything because they will have backlogged the system. Y'all have read all the "illness'" and meds they have. Its scary

Exactly! Trying to legislate inactivity.

The fun part tomorrow is they'll either be on Cloud 9 or they'll be having a major, major pity-party. They falsely call us the emotional ones, but as we've seen with them time and time again, they're the one's who'll be going bezerk either way.

Irrelevant to you because you f'n idiots have never been able to differentiate between a "right" and a "privilege".
