It boils down to...

...money.

I'm going to be harsh here. Lurch the ****ing StiffTM will win because he has more money than the President. That's the way of the world, those with more money win. Knocking on ****ing doors won't win; being an activist - whatever the **** that means - won't win; circulating a petition won't win; yelling and screaming and posting links won't ****ing win.

The only thing that will secure a victory for the President will be money.

I know, I know you've got no money, you've been out of a job for two years, you can't spare the change in your pocket, but here's the ****in alternative at the end of January if you don't donate:

PRESIDENT MOTHER****ER ROMNEY

You got five bucks, give it; you got an extra twenty laying around, give it; sitting on more, give it.

For the record, I've contributed $1500 to the Obama campaign thus far, I intend to pledge the max that I can give. After that I'll contribute to a super-PAC because the single most important issue is to keep Lurch and his ****ing Republicant minions out of the White House. Again, I reiterate:

PRESIDENT MOTHER****ER ROMNEY

Oh, my final harsh comment, rationalizing is a ****ing fools errand, don't.

Fire away.

Looks like they are slowly figuring out that 0bama is doomed.  :rotf:

1. You sir, are correct. To everyone who isn't happy with Obama -

put those reasons aside and donate to his campaign.

Romney doesn't need the help of Republican voters, he is relying on the 1% (his investors) to ensure he wins the election so he'll do their bidding and they'll get a return on their investment.

The rest of us aren't even part of the equation, except as a commodity.

Obama needs our help. He isn't perfect, and I admit my expectations were more than he's delivered. Yes, I have been disappointed.

But I recognize the alternative and what it means for the future of this country, and that's why I will donate as much as I can to Obama's campaign.

So I repeat - donate to Obama or we get

PRESIDENT MOTHER****ER ROMNEY

And a whole lot worse than Bush ever was. Wrap your head around that.

We already have a lot worse than Bush now, Romney couldn't  possibly be as incompetent as the clowns in power now.

2. Just reread my comments....

....and immediately made an interim contribution of $100 because I put my money where my mouth is. Here's the e-mail that I received (post yours minus ID information when you do). Remember: PRESIDENT MOTHER****ER ROMNEY.

Thanks so much for your generous donation of $100.00.

We've always depended on supporters like you -- not special-interest or lobbyists -- for every dollar we get. Your donation will help pay for new offices, organizer trainings, and resources like phones and clipboards to support our hard-working staff and volunteers.

Wonder how many bags of weed he sacrificed for that.  :rotf:

Wow. And what about all this talk about Obama raising $1 billion dollars for his campaign? Now that he isn't going to be able to do that, they are going to start saying that Romney bought the election and complain about how much he spent. What a bunch of douchebags.

I'm confused, did propeller beanie give $1500 or $100.  You would think an aviation pro could handle a lot more than that. I love how they all whine that they cant spare anything right now but you ought to give till it hurts. Sucks to be ABM.

It does boil down to money - my money.  I can't believe how much I am spending for groceries and do you know what dominates the conversation with the soccer moms, PTOs, etc.???    THE FREAKIN PRICE OF GROCERIES.

I live in MA misfits.  Y'all are so screwed.

Evidently, like free speech and protesting, having more money is a one way street for the little totalitarians too. The list is getting long.

What's the over/under at the time Skins will leave this post, hitting him right in the wallet, up for?

I think skins realizes that a thriving dump is key to ABM's reelection. Therefore funds sent to him will have a much greater impact than those sent directly to ABM.

Kerry, or Kerry's wife, had more money than Bush and yet he lost.

If he didn't give to Obama in lieu of receiving birthday, anniversary, or wedding presents, he is not a true Obamabot.

Yeah, but that don't count.   :lmao:

Kerry is a rich DEMOCRAT, and he knows how to spend OUR money better than WE do!   :lmao:

We might not spend it the "right way", dontchaknow.

I've heard that Zero is spending more campaign money than he's raising.  I detect a pattern.   :whatever:

Remember how smug they were when they thought Obama was going to have a billion dollar campaign chest.

Obama knew months ago he was going to come up short on cash. That's why he refused to spread his campaign wealth around a little with fellow democrats. :-)

Goose/gander....pot/kettle....do as I say do not as I do...Obama is a hippo-critt.

Writings on the wall and they can't just be good losers and admit their guy has screwed everyone over and his policies suck.  Nooooooooo they have to make up some stupid shit.  So did Obama win because he had more money than McCain?   ::)

Hey Bad Dog, "Propellor Beanie."  I laughed.   :-)

Kerry's wife has more money than God.  Why didn't he win?

What a braggart the propellor beanie is...he's got $1500 to burn to send to king zero.  Won't even feel it.  Starts beating everybody else over the head to send their pennies, all of them.

What a total disconnect.  First he says...

... and then he says ...

Romney's gonna win, so the primitive's gonna throw money down a black hole.

A fool and his money is soon parted.

Here's one of the things I think points to the inconsistency of the DUmmies.  One can read in DUmmyland that PACs are bad, and should be abolished - especially when a Republican is the beneficiary.  But this DUmmy says
Quote
"...For the record, I've contributed $1500 to the Obama campaign thus far, I intend to pledge the max that I can give. After that I'll contribute to a super-PAC because ..."
Now it is good.

They will also go on and on about the inherent evil in 'special interest groups', disregarding the fact that even their unions are such, or that any/every group that is like-minded enough to want something is in fact a 'special interest group', with the interests of that group in mind.  Both parties have them, but the DUmmies only focus on the ones that are not theirs.

My attention was drawn to this phrase:

Quote
I know, I know you've got no money, you've been out of a job for two years, you can't spare the change in your pocket

Now, why don't they have jobs? Could it be that your preferred socialist policies don't create jobs? That the private sector wants to build their business on something other than the shifting sands of presidential whim? How's that Hopey Changey thing working out for ya?

These whiny children tire me.

No...I think it has more to do with this:

Obama camp spends more than it raised in May

The committees spent $34 million on advertising and the rest on various expenses including payroll, travel, food, and equipment.

25 million for travel, food and equipment....(travel)AF#1 at 100 thou plus, (food)$100 a pound steaks and (equipment)new golf clubs every time he plays golf.

Hey, he doesn't care that he's leaving the U.S. (us) several trillion dollars deeper in debt SO why should he worry about leaving the democrat party a few hundred million in debt.
