Greece pro-austerity party announces victory - How the hell did that happen?

With about 70 percent of the votes counted in the parliamentary elections in Greece, the pro-austerity party is winning the vote and the party's leader has claimed victory.
New Democratic Party leader Antonis Samaras proclaimed victory in Athens. He said Greek people chose to stay in the Eurozone and says it is a victory for Greece and for all of Europe. snip
The leader of the Coalition of the Radical Left, Alexis Tsipras, has conceded defeat. He said the party will remain in the opposition and will monitor the government to represent the Greek people who oppose austerity.

1. Maybe they borrowed Wisconsin's electoral equipment.
Our machines were still set on Wanker.

11. In Europe
we use pencils and pieces of paper. Can't beat that way of voting.
Looks like the diebold theory was deflated. :rotf:

17. To avoid debt they have to stop spending more money than they have
that seems to be a problem for Greek governments.
Yet it's not a problem for us here?
:banghead:
-
We don't have to avoid debt. We already have a ton of it. We now need to get busy paying off the debt.

Ehh... I give this government about a month until it collapses.
The body is dead, the head just hasn't figured it out yet.

There's a shocking amount of DUmmie sanity in that thread. Their dealers must be on strike.

6. Because the voters got too close to the edge
and didn't like the disaster they saw coming.
The first election was to punish the people that ****ed everything up. The second was to decide the way forward.
Heh, but I thought you guys liked to "put it in "D.""

Weren't they the ones screaming for electronic voting? Maybe it was just a test run to see which way was easiest to steal elections with.

Now it's all about the "paper trail". They want to have proof of all the illegal votes for DemonRats.

Vote tampering is the biggest threat to our republic. Any fraud by any means

If no one, as the left tells us, is Pro abortion, how is anyone pro-austerity?

19. You think it's morally acceptable...
for the Germans to rule over the Greeks just because they have money and the Greeks are in need? I take it you think the rich always have the right to rule over the poor.

22. I think that beggars can't be choosy
Greece is in the mess they are in because they lived beyond their means. They have no right to demand that German taxpayers give them money. They can tell the Germans to **** off and face the consequences. If they want German money then Germany is within its rights to put conditions on the loan.
Greece understands their choices.
Kind of like when you depend on the government for your subsistence. They can --and do-- tell you exactly what you can and can't do.

These threads are a lot more entertaining when a temporarily sane dummie like Hack89 stirs them up.

Well except for drug testing.

I'm been reading their reactions to the Greek and French elections, especially when it comes to austerity, and the primitives don't have a clue as to what it all means.
Europe will have auterity, it doesn't matter if the left or right is in office over there. The left will take it better if the left is in office when it happens, but the left is only going to do what the right would also have done. They don't have a choice. The primitives better get over it.

I like it when leftist rulers have to invoke austerity measures. That sets the DUmmies to howling about betrayal and everything else.

Got that wrong DUchebag. It is the responsible need to rule over the irresponsible.
BTW, this means nothing. The greeks already got a loan for 85% of their GDP and talked about austerity but did nothing. Now they will get another 80% of their GDP and will talk about austerity but do nothing. Sadly the productive and responsible average German just got ****ed so that the greeks can still retire at 45 with full pay and COLA benefits. Sadly, the band aid needed to ripped off fast instead of slowly peeling it back.

Tavs probably cleaned out the last shipment, and the new stuff hasn't come in yet.
