It is not a race between two competing ideologies...

It is a race between lies and the facts.
If someone pulled Mitt Romney out of the river and saved his life, he would say he was only going for a daily swim.
If someone explained that his suit was wet, he would say that he was wearing a wet suit.
He lies and the media compares his comments to the Democrats as "he said, they said", without any regard to whether it is a lie or the facts.

Yet when 0bama lies his ass off, you goons eat it up. Then blame the repukes when his policies don't work.

2. It's not really a race between lies and the truth so much as rich vs poor.
0bama isn't exactly poor.

They really do believe the Constitution is a lie.

I'd say that they believe the Constitution means whatever the Donks want it to mean.

How many democrats do you think even really knows what the constitution is? I am saying none of them.

Hence, it means whatever they want it to mean.
Remember, the Obamacare decision is supposedly coming out tomorrow, and maybe they're getting their spittle and Hate ready.

I heard it from a couple of sources Friday. Not 100% ironclad, but the consensus is that it'll be a body blow to Obama. Maybe even 6-3.

That would be sweet. Maybe it will shut Pelosi up as well.

You know, we really need a more-balanced Supreme Court, one that more accurately reflects public sentiment.
If we had that, the vote would be 7-2 or maybe even 8-1.
I'm tired of these 5-4 "narrow escapes".

I'll take it. The thing is, if it is upheld by some freak occurrance, the Republicans will use it in November, and with current public sentiment 3-to-1 against it, they will win easily. Perhaps even a fillibuster-proof Senate to go with our first Mormon president.

I heard the same thing although I can not remember the source. It may have been either Levin or Ingraham.

That just shows that Obama needs to appoint four more Justices, to silence all those racist Repugs {/DU mode}

Irony meter way in the red: Did anyone read any "facts" in the OP's (kentuck's) post? I read two cutesy-wutesy
if-then statements and one opinion.
Damn these people are stupid.

I should bitch slap you with a tire iron for being so naive.

I'm afraid that the price of getting Breyer on board would be a too-respectful opinion, one that doesn't include a direct command to the Executive branch in its entirety to halt all implementation (ie, a cease and desist). The Obama admin certainly cannot be trusted to cease all implementation based on a full deletion of the law without being also directly commanded to.
We can write off the 3 dames. And I'd guess that if it's 5 men on one side and 1 man and 3 women in the dissent, or especially all the men (6) on one side and the 3 women on the other, this'll get incorporated into their ersatz "War on Women" narrative.

Oh, that would be nice. When is the Court supposed to make their decision public?

I can't imagine the "war on women" argument working, they used it before and failed, and the majority of Americans want Obamacare overturned.

"War on Women" ... I surrender....now rape me...if you look good... :-)...If you look like most DUmmie wymins, just shoot me.

I haven't seen a good looking DUmmie wymin yet. Most of the hot women are conservatives.
