Happy birthday, and many more, madam!
What's it like, being neighbored in between the sparkling old dude and the subway cat?
I'll bet they make the neighborhood worth paying admission to see.
But at any rate, happiest of birthdays!

Thanks all. I picked my youngest daughter up from college yesterday, so it was nice to have her home and go out to dinner.
Frank, it's not likely that I will see Stinkdude since the closest I get to Baltimore is driving past it on I95, but I do keep my eyes open for UP. Someday I will see it!
Anyway, I do have a DUmmie sighting story to share. About a month ago, I was driving down I95S to see the above mentioned college student and buy her some groceries. It's a long, boring drive so to amuse myself, I like to do a political bumpersticker survey. It's close to DC and should be a good gauge of Obama support but I rarely see more than two or three. In fact, I rarely see any at all, even local stuff. Darn these apolitical people! On this trip up ahead of me, a small SUV has an Obama 2008 sticker and another blue one beside it. Well, surprise! It's a Hillary 2008. Way cool, that's the first time I've seen one on a car. But wait, there's another one. Holy moly it's a DemocraticUnderground sticker. Now my curiosity is in overdrive. Who is it? I must know. Fortunately the driver is cruising at the speed limit and I eventually maneuver myself behind them. I follow for awhile, all giddy with anticipation. With a break in traffic, I make my move. A slow, but not obvious, lefthand pass will let me see if it's a man or woman. At that moment the driver turns slightly to look at something ahead of me and I get a good look. Damn, it's Jared from Subway. No wait, it's the big man himself. Skinner! Well, I'm almost as excited as if I've seen a celebrity. It's the most interesting thing that will probably happen to me all day and I can't tell anyone without a long explanation. So I make my exit and continue on with the rest of my day laughing at myself for being so silly.
