Title: Going Offline

Heading out for vacation next week.  We were planning to go to Cumberland Island and camp for about a week.  But our usual procrastinating selves, we didn't make the reservations in time.  They only let 240 people on the whole frickin' island at the time.  We'll make that a three day weekend at a later time.

I want to find a good place to camp, but not in a campground (that's not camping).  We're leaning toward St. Augustine now.  I've never been, and they say it's alot like Savannah, which I love.  I'm not a beach kind of guy.  Serving in the Navy and all, the ocean just doesn't impress me anymore.  Plus, once you've seen the ocean in the Virgin Islands, you have no desire to get in the brown much at our beaches. 

Long story short, I won't be around again until the 27th.  Not that I'll be missed, but just saying goodbye for a little while.

I'm gonna try to keep up with the news while I'm gone, but the wife says no politics on vacation.  And if Mama's not happy, then nobady's happy.  I'll catch up when i get back, from wherever we end up going.

I just came back from a vacation in Jamaica and I was able to stay in internet-touch for the whole week.

You should be able to do the same ;)

ps: Jamaica is a waste of time -- don't go there.
