Title: As recently as 1997, were unions complicit in discrimination against women?

I always had the impression that the Velcro union would have lobbied to have the dwarf tossing legislation shitcanned. They go through a lot of velcro tossing dwarves. Kinda bad for business to shut down dwarf-tossing.
