Today, I gassed up my 2002 Mercury Sable (68K Miles) for $3.44 a gallon, self serve. As I pumped the gas, it dawned on me that all the Repuke assholes were predicting the end of the Obama administration and imminent defeat because we would have over $4.00 a gallon gas on Memorial Day and $5.00 a gallon gas by election. Now that world demand is down and the Iran crisis talk has abated, the price is down to less than it was before all the dire talk of soaring prices. It got me to thinking of how many other false predictions these assholes made that didn't come true. How many other times they blamed President Obama for something, only to see the situation reverse itself, but never gave him the credit.

Considering you goons blamed Bush for high gas prices, and still bitched and moaned when prices fell you have no room to talk about this. Only when prices fell under Bush they went from over $4 to about $1.87.

Don't get me wrong, I have my differences with President Obama. But he's head and shoulders above anything we've had in the past (including President Clinton) and he's a darn sight better than that Plutocrat Romney.

I don't know where the hell these idiots live but gas is $4.26 a gallon here. I'll give him credit for getting the **** out of the WH after he loses to Mitt Romney. Then he can get himself a sign made for his podium that says Office of the Ex President to go with his pretentious "Office of the President-Elect" one. All hat, no cowboy. Or, as my husband says, "It takes more than a hat and a pair of boots to make a cowboy!" To which I usually think, "Yep, it takes chaps and a nice ass!"

$3.70 here, and I don't even want to talk about my grocery bill yesterday.

When Bush was in office, he was responsible for the gas prices increasing because he was "enriching his oil baron buddies"
When the prices dropped, it was because he was "manipulating the prices to win elections for the GOP"
After Obama took office, the gas price increase was "because of evil speculators, manipulating the market for personal gain"
Every nickel gas drops is because of "The effective leadership of President Obama in handling international crises"

Sorry. I don't consider $3.609 gas a "falling" price. I'll give him credit at $2.509, and that's still way up from the $1.889 it was when he took office.

This guy would have to have done something to get credit for in order for the GOP to be say so.
The best he's been able to do is insert himself into every President's bio (but Ford) and try and take credit for their accomplishments.

Obama is cuting off oil production. that is an action his administration is taking that action causes prices to rise. whatever the price is currently it is fundementally higher then it should be. the whole supply and demand thing.
Obama spent over 4 years trying to close down Gitmo and talking about ending torture. Then the only reason he was able to get Bin Liden was because of information obtained while using what he called illegal torture technique. Then takes credit for taking out Bin Liden.... If it was up to OBama, according to hs on words, he would have ended the practices that got him the information to take down bin liden and now he takes credit for it.... you cannot see how friggin wrong that is....

Although you forgot to add that when Bush was President, the President could affect the price of gas. Now that Obama is President, there is no way the President could affect the price of gas.
When Romney is elected you will see the tides change to blaming the President again.
