Title: Hostages released in gunman's standoff with police at Indiana real estate office

DEVELOPING: Police say all hostages are out of an Indiana real estate office and only the gunman who held them there remains inside.

Valparaiso Police Sgt. Michael Grennes says there were fewer than 10 people in the building when officers received a call Friday morning reporting a man with a gun inside the Prudential Executive Group Real Estate office.

He says the last two hostages got out of the building within the past hour.

He says officers exchanged shots with the gunman when they arrived but has no reports of anyone being shot. One person was struck in the head during the incident but was treated and released at a hospital.

Grennes says negotiators are in contact with the gunman, who he says went to the business because of a dispute over money. Police didn't have further details about the dispute.

Probably...but it won't stop the DUmp from creating 5 threads...3 talking about how this guy is so desperate because of what the GOP has done to this economy that he had to take drastic action...one thread wanting info on this guy's voting record and one thread...and by far the biggest...claiming this guys is a Tea Party member.

Only 5 threads? Haven't popped over, but I'd suspect half of GD would be full of speculative threads.
