That is a great ad. If he loses the catholic vote, he can be pretty much done.

I adhere to political beliefs, some may differ from the Catholic Church BUT don't ever pit me against my Church, my Religion, the Catholic Church will win everytime. Too bad so many Catholics are flippant about Obama and the left.

This has legs barry is toast!! Sorry couldn't stop myself.

I'm not religious, let alone Catholic, but I'll stand with the Church on this. If for no other reason than the simple fact that this about freedoms being taken away by the government.

It's good to see my church finding its spirit again.
Most of you know I teach in a private Catholic high school. It would shock you (or maybe not) to know how many Catholic priests have bought into the whole liberal meme, right up to praising--PRAISING--Obama. They're pretty far removed from the flock, and now, many of the bishops. It's good to see the church coming back stronger. I pray it continues.

Need a Baptist or generic Christian version of this.

I agree. Me being a Baptist would love to see something from the SBC.

Me too.

Well I'm a lukewarm Methodist and me and the Methodist higher-arky don't jive sometimes.....so don't waste your time looking for me in heaven, I might not make it.
:-)

It is generic Christian in nature. It was just put out by a catholic group.

I agree Splash, it's a refreshing change. I know they have been remiss in speaking up about moral or social issues in the past, I think partly because they are afraid to drive people away. Contrary to progressive thinking, I don't think the church should change to accomodate others' points of view.

Yeah, it is. I would just like to see something with the SBC moniker on it.

I think other Religions have lent their support to the Church.

There's a Church on Long Island that only does Tridentine Masses. I've never been there but I've heard that it's impossible to get a seat at their Masses. There are so many Catholics yearning for the Church and the Mass to go back to the way it was. We have 1 Parish in our County that does 1 Tridentine Mass on Sun. I so want to go to that Mass.

I grew up Catholic, although I'm now a protestant. I've always understood that when persecution comes it will target the Catholic church first.
Catholics are the largest, most visible faith out there. Democrats, in their zeal to control all things, cannot leave any power source behind. Especially when the Church stands against core democrat platform issues like murdering babies and gay marriage. Forcing the church to fund abortions and contraception was the last straw, and the progressives awoke the giant.
The rest of us need to stand with the Catholics on constitutional grounds. But what we are seeing here is a fundamental attack on God given freedom. If the democrats win this one, all the other amendments will fall much easier.

I have a slew of catholic relatives, and friends. And just like they have my back, I have theirs. Hi5

I agree, we have lost our way and many are trying to find it again. Societal influences tell us that we need to be entertained, the ends justify the means, sins are merely life choices, and we must be accepted for who we are no matter how large the grievance to God.
I think I may just seek Out a Tridentine Mass, I feel the need to get some religion.
-
I wonder if there is also a Spanish version of this. BTW you really have to see this thing full screen to get the full impact. If it is shown on TV screens it will be devistating.
-
My wife says that it's been out for several weeks. She saw it almost as soon as it came out, and got our daughter hooked on the music. :-) O-)
It is interesting, as a Catholic, to see liberal members of the Catholic Church realize that they would like "a mulligan" on their 2008 vote. Well, they're not going to get that--but what they are going to get is a chance to rectify that mistake they made in '08. November 6th isn't that far away. O-) :-)
BTW, check this site out: http://www.courageouspriest.com/
You'll see a lot of stuff there about what the old-line Catholic Church teaches.
ETA: I'm happy that they voted the way they did in '08, and the way that the Oministration treated them. Some people have to learn the hard way. Fool me once, shame on you . . . And I know that the link doesn't work, now that I edited the post. If one types the link into their browser, it'll work.

That is because of the rise and prominence of LaVeyan Satanism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaVeyan_Satanism#Satanic_Virtue) spliced with secular humanism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secular_humanism) and an added dash of Hedonism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedonism). The Devil sought to weaken us with our own pleasures and desires for a good life and twisted our country into something unrecognizable. The shame of it all is how these things infiltrated the various Churches until a true Christian Doctrine is as rare as an honest democrat.

Agreed, Schade. :-* :cheersmate:

As rare as a hen's tooth ?

Bally,
One word of warning for non Catholics, the Tridentine Mass is spectacular and best sit in the very back and just watch, you do not need to follow along with all the kneeling and other rites. Be prepared to find yourself thrown back in time before Martin Luther. This is the MOTHER Church of Christianity all Protestant Church's were born from it.
