Ok so junebug and the dinger race in...fine.

But the fan vote goes to Bonnie Labonte! Really?

WTH!? What about Jamiemac and Truex.

Thats not right, loose the fan vote and move the 3rd place driver into the all star race. :banghead:

I picked Jimmie Johnson to win in my poll. I hope Kyle Busch hits the wall, and takes his brother with him.

I met Bobby Labonte. He is a really nice guy.

Bonnie is my sister in laws driver, yeah he's a good guy but he's driving for a team that can't pull it off.

Johnson...sure, he's a 5 time champ...how could one disbelieve.

Kyle makes you cry, that's good, he's young so get used to it.

I'm on Directv.

The All Star Race is on speed, channel 607.

I am on Directv also.

Kyle Busch is a whiny little twerp. He is what Jeff Gordon was when he first came to NASCAR. I'm not a fan of Johnson (Kahne fan here), but he won the most, in the recent years, at Charlotte, so it is a given choice.

So far Biffle and Edwards cars blew up. Now a good night for them. I lost my first out poll. Oh well.

As odd as it may seem, with the history of Knaus cheating, I still have an immense respect for Rick Hendrick.

I've heard that Chad Knaus "stretches the rules" . . . a lot.  Hey, in my NASCAR pool, I've got Johnson as one of my eight drivers.  Going into the Coca Cola 600, I'm in 6th overall out of 64 people in it.  I won one week ($80 to join for the year, I got $25 for my win) this year, and if I'm in the top 5 overall at the end of the year, I win a fair amount.  The overall winner will get four digits out of it.

Yeah, his die hard fans calls it being innovative. I call it cheating, and he shouldn't even be in NASCAR right now.

In every sport there is a little fudging....then they make rules and then you see how far you can take them.

NASCAR should just say safety first, stock body, weight XXXX and engine size XXX cu. in....now have at it.

Safety has been a main issue for along time now, and if you look at the way the cars are built today as apposed to say 20 years ago, there is a huge difference. They say those cars are actually more safe than a street car. Plus with the safer barriers and hans device (Although that took the death of one of my hero's Dale Earnhardt to force upon people), they are really striving to make it more enjoyable.

As for cheating, it is something that has been going on for a long time. Back in the day people like the Elliott Brothers and Richard Petty used to do it all the time. It is because of people like them that have the rules they have, and also the reason why they keep changing the rules.

Richard was probably still in diapers when the cheating started. ...and I've been told that granddaddy Ralph Earnhardt was pretty good at cheating and knocking people out of his way.

I don't know too much about Ralph Earnhardt, or Lee Petty for matter. I do know that Jr.'s number was 8 because that is the number Ralph had.
