Oh my.
I went over to Skins's island to see what the primitives are saying about the latest Brietbart revelations about the Magic One, but not a peep out of the primitives about that.
But I did manage to see this campfire:

Md. passes income tax hike on six-figure earners
More than 300,000 Maryland residents will pay higher income taxes under a package given final approval by the legislature Wednesday.
The tax increase affects single-filers reporting income in excess of $100,000 and joint-filers reporting more than $150,000 in Maryland, the state with the nation’s highest per-capita income.
Democratic lawmakers closed ranks behind Gov. Martin O’Malley (D), who argued that his administration needed more money to continue record spending on education.
O’Malley’s tax increases — combined with a move the legislature supported to shift teacher pension costs to counties — will close half of a $1 billion gap that had been forecast for the rest of the decade.

1. I wouldn't have gone down as low as $100-$125 grand
In the DC suburbs that is not rich at all.
I would have started the tax increase at the $200 grand level for individuals and $250 for joint filers.
And then I would have saved taxpayer money by emptying the jails of all non-violent drug offenders.
Too bad for the sparkling old dude.

90% for all earnings above 250k!!!!
-
You people are fools.
-
Yes, I've been following the Maryland story, thanking God that I could have it worse, and thinking of Stinky. $100K is rich? In the DC area? That's destitute.
-
90% for all earnings above 250k!!!!
So.....what do you suppose the counties in Maryland are going to do, about having to shoulder the burden of pension costs, rather than the state?
I see some tax increases in the counties, too.
There's no way out of it.
-
What's with all this $100k single and $150k joint?? Or the DUmmie who advocates $200k single and $250k joint.
What the hell?

DUmmie does his impersonation of the old "Mother Nature" commercial, "It's not nice to redistribute my wealth." :lmao:

What?...you mean following the failed state model?
Should I be surprised?!?
Nah :loser:

****in' amazing DemonRats never consider stop spending like a drunken sailor, but instead want wage earners to foot the bill. These people are delusional!
What the hell are they gonna do when can't confiscate any more money?

You need to upgrade your equipment.... :-)
I know what you mean.

90% for all earnings above 250k!!!!
Why only 90%. I say they should go for %115 to %150 of everything over $100K. :lmao:

Cool, not only do you get to pay outragous amounts of money for a home, property taxes out of control, you also get to spend what ever is left on more state taxes. Kind of bad if NY State or NJ look like cheaper places to live. I seen a real boon of home sales in northern VA.

In the sale "magazine" that Cabela's put out recently (sale ending 5/23/12), Estate 12 gauge 00 buckshot is $14.99 per box of 25. Also, on the Cabela's site, Herter's .308 150-grain FMJ is $7.99 a box of 20. I need to get more .308 and 12 gauge.
-
I haven't seen a Herters add for a long time.
They were a big outfit decades ago.
Time passes. :bawl:

Really, can you ever have enough?
Watch as unemployment goes up, property values go down, and about a 30% haircut on total income taxes to the state within a year.

Well, Cabela's is selling their ammo. In pretty big amounts, as it appears.
And, jukin, as I've told my wife on numerous times, the only time that you ever have too much ammo is when your house is on fire.

That is quite good...

How much is Cabela's asking for .45, both ball (practice) and hollow-point?

I want to feel sorry for Marylanders, but I'm not going to. They keep voting in these demokrats who keep taxing the hell out of them, and also regulating every aspect of their lives. (Want to plant a shrubbery? Think again!) I'm never setting foot in Maryland, already been there. I'd be afraid they'd drop the iron curtain while I was in there.

House on fire would be a real bad thing if it ever got near the reloading table.

To be fair, though, the reason MD is blue is because of MoCo, PG, and Baltimore City. Maryland is actually rather red. In the 2004 election, Bush won every county except the two I mentioned and Baltimore City. Those three places are the reason we can't have nice things!
But yeah, my husband wants to move to PA or DE to get away from here. I can't say I blame him.

Don't know, off the top of my head. I buy .45 ACP ball at Wal-Mart--much more convenient. Buckshot and .308 steel-case FMJs? I'll go to Cabela's.
