his military experience, his kids, his education, his parents
They are making death threats, carrying weapons at or near rallies
so NO, nothing of Mitt is off limits.
always turning the other cheek makes one a LOSER
This is a fight for the future NOTHING is off limits

Poor Pam is confused, she is acting like the MSM did any of those things when in reality they were too busy sniffing Sarah Palin's underwear drawer to even bother vetting 0bama.

39. Not strange - - all religions are batshit insane
Virgin births? Flying to heaven on a winged horse? Genocide, murder and misogyny not just being OK, but the law?
I'll take "none of the above" for one thousand, Alex...

11. Many catholics and baptist hold the same view. You know
why we don't attack their religions for the views of some of their members ? Because they're majority religions.

18. selective memory ... we attack Catholics and Baptists a lot here ...

17. When Romney's wife stops trying to influence an election and lauds their family life
to win votes then I'll agree with you.
Oh I see republican wives or husbands need to keep their mouths shut, but the significant others of democrats should be able to speak all they want. :whatever:

5. repukes are in it to win, they will stop at nothing
and neither should we.
This might be an ugly campaign, but we can NOT let them have it
I hope to God you are right and the repukes are in it to win it, another 4 years of Barry just may destroy us.

10. I agree - they have openly threatened Obama far more than any US president.
I'm 100% for leaving no stone unturned digging up dirt against Rmoney.
I suppose 2001 to 2009 didn't happen and I just dreamed that DU threatened Bush on a daily basis.

24. because if we do not win, we will be ****ed
for the next 25 years or more
if 0bama wins we will be more than ****ed.

43. There is zip shame in pointing out Rmoney's hyprocrisy
or the hypocrisy of the Mormon leadership.
In fact, shame on us if we don't point out how toxic they have been to our country.
Marxism has been toxic to our country, yet you fools embrace it.

35. Yep. Of course I think all of Christianity is batshit insane with a double dose of moonbattery

40. k&r...they will smear Obama mercilessly in the next six months...kick ass
No need to smear him, he has a record now all we have to do is point that out.

51. Kick ass with the truth. Repuks attack with lies and misrepresentations. That is the difference
between us and them. It is not about dirt, mud, or hogs. It is about truth versus lies.
They are getting scared.

The media ran away from Rev. Wright, how was Obama hounded?
-
BTW, do they know that Romney is leading Obama in the NYT poll?

I am not overly thrilled with Romney as the nominee but a second O term unchecked by desire of reelection is an ugly thought.
That at this point it is basically a neck and neck and the MSM is so grasping at straws gives me much hope for November.

Considering Carter was easily winning at this time in his Presidential reelection campaign, there is much to celebrate.

A very long ways to go and no idea if it turns well that Romney will have much in the way of coat tails.
I do think O could end up being a death knell to dems running though.

Agreed - It definitely is NOT over by a long shot. I am expecting Democratic cannonfire of the likes we have never seen before. As long as Romney can continue to stay on point & on message, he should continue to rise, As I see nothing new to actually persuade anyone to vote FOR Obama, beyond those who have already committed.
However, I do see lots of reasons to vote Against Obama coming down the track like a runaway train.

I'm always amused by their "no more Mr. Nice Guy" threads. As if they ever were one.

Yeah, as I was walking my dog today I was thinking about a metaphor for libs would be them training their dogs to attack "people of color" , and when they do, hold them back on the leash and brag about how they are keeping the "people of color from being attacked. They then congratulate themselves for being "the nice guy".

My biggest fear is that Romney, like McCain, won't have the balls to take it to 0bama. While he was perfectly willing to be vicious to his fellow Republicans, I'm just not sure he'll do that here. 0bama has already started and it's ugly. He can only go negative because he's got to try to get people to not think about his record.

Even if Romney tries to be a nice guy, this time the super pacs will take over.
Remember, the timid McCain campaign was before Citizens United.

I don't know how timid McCain was. Honor is the coin of his realm. He thought it would be dishonorable to attack his opponent unfairly, and weaken him in the case he did get elected. Once McCain is convinced, however right or wrong he actually is, of a perceived injustice, he's like a bulldog, and very courageous.

McCain laid down on purpose. His job was to lose, and he did that very well. No other explanation for the way he ran his campaign.

Exactly--and if Romney's people try to tell the super PACs to back off, aren't they violating campaign finance laws by trying to coordinate with them? :fuelfire: :whistling:

Attacked Obama's church? Horse crap. No such thing occurred and the complicit media ensured a clampdown on any negative press.
Next they'll be accusing attacks on the Obama children which have never, ever even been breathed.

And it's going to get crazier as the election comes around. Especially if Romney stays ahead in the polls.

I hope Romney does stay ahead in the polls. Watching the liberals run around like chickens with their heads cut off and crying over every little thing will be enjoyable to watch.

Only one journalist in the whole media industry pursued the Rev Jeremiah Wright church angle, and only Hannity picked it up and ran with it.

Obama has a John Kerry moment, "I was white before I was black."

Or, yes, I'm black, but not authentic American black.
