Title: Who Was This Person? #19
Post by: Eupher on May 14, 2012, 08:46:51 AM
His father was a wheelwright but he himself operated a pen while struggling with excessive alcohol consumption. His elder brother was far more famous than he, but he did quite well according to several Austrian composers of the era.

His works were never cataloged until 1991, when Mrs E's ex-husband undertook a project to do.

He died 3 years before his elder brother.

No, sorry. Mozart did not have a brother that survived infancy.
