Well conservatives understand the nature of predators, a predator is hardwired to eat cute little animals, that's what they do. Liberals think that they can somehow change the nature of a predatory beast. If that bird was lying on top of my cat, she would chase it off, or if she could manage to catch it,she would kill it and eat it. It's an honor to be eaten by a tabby cat. :-)
