America’s most provocative radio host is fighting back against a women’s group with a women’s group of his own.
Rush Limbaugh announced on his daily show Tuesday that a new Facebook page called Rush Babes for America seeks to give “millions of conservative women†a place to unite against “faux feminist groups.â€
The liberal National Organization for Women has been trying to persuade advertisers to boycott Limbaugh’s radio program after he called a Georgetown student a “slut†for testifying to Congress about birth control. Limbaugh apologized after advertisers began to drop out.
The CEO of Cumulus Media Inc., the second largest owner-operator of U.S. radio stations, said Tuesday that the boycott of Limbaugh’s show cost his company “a couple of million dollars.â€

For far too long we have been on the defense from the totalitarian collectivists. Now we are on the offense. The leftists will not know what to do.
Rush Babes will overshadow the NAGS in a month. Then they become a hammer to beat the faux-femminists that said not one word about Billy Jeff or the muslims. This is going to end very, very well for us.
BTW, got to let Sherri's Berries that while I bought from from last year their despicable behavior in regards to Rush made me not repeat their order. Since I had an account, it was a real hit. Told them to let their supervisor know about my reason.

I blatantly meant that. Why help people who are down and out? They should have planned better. Had better health insurance, saved money from a job, been born with better genetics or under better circumstances. Made sure they had everything taken care of just in case.... Dara, I'm glad you're here seeking answers. Conservatives believe in taking care of the weak, but not through government. We believe in people more than government. It simply amazes me that the Democrats seems to say over and over that if your poor, you're not smart or capable enough of doing better for yourselves. I don't believe that for one second. At one time in my life, I ended up homeless and I did not take a dime from the government. Instead I went to a charitable organization, told them my circumstances and they provided a roof over my head. I then worked 2 full time jobs to get the money I needed to get my own place. There were days that I went hungry, but I survived. Opportunity is out there, but sometimes sacrifices have to be made. The government programs like SS, Medicare and Medicaid, need to be fixed for those who cannot provide for themselves. The road we are on is destroying those for future generations. We, as a country, must make sacrifices in order to save these things. We need to get people off these programs that are able to provide for themselves so we have it for the people that cannot. Conservatives aren't mean, we are compassionate. We do, however, believe in tough love. One last thing, don't listen strictly to one side. Actively seek and listen to the other side. You may not always agree, but you may get a better understanding of Conservatives. God bless you!

Dara, I believe most of us know that when we give as individuals, more of what we give actually gets to the intended target, when Gov is involved, there are so many "middle men" that by the time the person in need finally gets through jumping through the hoops, the donation is reduced to nearly nothing.

A bit off topic, but, since it's your comment that did it, I'll put it here.
Not so many years ago, I tranfered into a high-school for my senior year.
Senior year, last year, no ties to anybody....as in Misfit.
There were a few of us mis-fits. Most because they just didn't fit in, or were new, like me.
One girl was extremely large, and I do mean large. I'll never forget her.
Wonderful girl with mot a care in the world, and a friend to anyone that would have her.
She was shunned and ridiculed by all the jocks and anybody wishing they were.
Years later, she shows up at a class reunion wearing a slinky red dress.
Big shot jocks acted like a pack of puppies in heat.
It was fun to watch when she came over and sat with us mis-fits.
She was the absolute antithesis of Nads.
She never whined about how people treated her. She never whined about how she looked.
Her inner beauty overcame her physical. That inner beauty finally came out.
Nads could learn a lot from that girl.
