One more of many reasons to love Cher..

"Thank God I got the half that thinks," she writes in response to an assertion that a series of tweets -- now deleted -- has cost her 50 percent of her fans.

Cher went on an anti-Republican tirade early Tuesday morning that went viral courtesy of the Drudge Report, and by noon she had deleted the offending tweets.

“If ROMNEY gets elected I don’t know if I can breathe same air as Him & his Right Wing Racist Homophobic Women Hating Tea Bagger Masters,” the entertainer tweeted referring to Mitt Romney, the Republican's likely nominee for president.

After some criticism -- some of it profane -- Cher tweeted: “TOO HARSH? That’s me Holding BACK! They care nothing about the POOR The OLD The SICK The HUNGRY CHILDREN & People striving 4 a Better LIFE ! –"

15. I've always loved her ... and didn't know WHAT she saw in Sonny.

Sometimes ski slopes bring blessings.

Sometimes small airplanes bring blessings too. How do you like them apples, DUmmies?

19. Christ has got to be terribly ashamed of all those right-wingnuts who claim to

be His followers.

I'm fairly certain that he doesn't have much use for a bunch of lazy no good pot smoking idiots who love killing the unborn.

24. Cher gets heat, but poopie pants draft dodger Nugent get a pass and a warm embrace.

I'll stand with Cher she has done more for our country.

25. What makes Cher's stand so wonderful is that she speaks the unvarnished truth

at a time when media bends over backwards to continue on its idiotic "we must play fairly" routine despite the fact that the right wing is now completely insane.

It just gets worse & worse since those who created the division, Bush & Cheney, weren't held accountable, which would have put a lid on all the madness we're seeing now.

I love Cher!

 :whatever:

She is a washed up old tramp trying to get her last 15 minutes of fame. I have never found her attractive, and never will.

Keep me posted on how many of the poor, the old, the sick, the hungry children, and the people striving for a better life that Cher takes into her home and helps out tonight.  I'm sure the number will amaze us.

You cannot call someone else homophobic AND use the tea bagger epithet in the same sentence and still be taken seriously.

Total hypocrisy in the span of just one sentence. Liberals are always hypocrites.

I thought a few months back that the DUmp was hating her because she wasn't properly pretending that her daughter Chastity was a guy.

She's still in the U.S.?  I thought she loudly proclaimed in 2004 she was moving to Europe if Bush was re-elected?  :whatever:

Alice Cooper summed it up nicely back in 2004...

Entertainers worrying about the SICK the OLD the POOR.  Tell me when you do something besides tweet, and I'll pay attention.  Ballygrl reminded us of Sarah Jessica Parker fretting that if they cut welfare, some in her family would be hurt.....meanwhile, lord zero's brother is still living in a mudhut in their native land Kenya, on a dollar a day.

Only the most low-brow among us would take the tantrum of a 1%er, senior citizen whore who has the mentality of a spoiled toddler and elevate it as a paragon of wisdom.

Pathetic...

Well the Dixie Chicks sure found out it wasn't a good idea to run their mouths about bein' liberal hacks! Here's hopin' Cher finds out the same thing. As she deleted her Tweets, I'd say she's gettin' the message big time!!

Couldn't happen to a better skank!

Musta been a helluva Mother, too! How many women can say they turned their daughter into a son?

I didn't even know that revolting, washed- up old hag still had any fans (Other than the usual assortment of flaming homosexuals), let alone conservative ones.
Let's see:
1. She's openly, repeatedly proclaimed her support for having babies sucked out of their mothers' wombs and hacked to bits by Planned Parenthood ghouls. At one of her concerts, a group of Christian pro- life activists were staging a peaceful demonstration, and a teenage girl among their ranks was brutally beaten by a cop for no good reason.
2. She is at least partly responsible for her daughter Chastity turning into the, well, the thing she/ it is now.

Continue fading into nothingness, Cher (The abomination that was once your daughter is now more famous than you),and don't let the door hit your wrinkled butt on he way out.

Makes sense--her face looks like it's been carved from rock at this point.

Greg Gutfield said on the five today that he thinks Cher was chopping out too many lines with her AARP card.  That is funny right there :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

I remember seein' him in Denver with "Toots" right after our first kid. One of the best shows I have ever seen! 'Course back then we were uh hem, still partakin' in several illegal substances, heh, heh! That might have had sumpin' to do with it.
