The voice of the people is growing louder...as the leader of "The Party Of The People", you have an obligation to listen to it.

Stand up to the bankers...stand up to Merkel...stand up to the IMF and the EU!

To be progressive means to absolute oppose austerity and all the antidemocratic demands for its imposition.

Do what the community organizer within you would do, Mr. President.

You need to be on the winning side of history now.

Why are they shooting their wad over France? This new socialist POS will make it worst. Such children.

Greece and France just signed their own death warrants.  The EU will be saying so long to them before long and both countries will collapse into anarchy.  A new Muslim Caliphate might arise in the ashes of France.

French soldiers have consistently and throughout history shown great courage and valor on the battlefield, only to have it come to nothing thanks to incompetent or treasonous leadership far too often.  I often wonder if the French are a hardworking honest people that are betrayed by the education system and leadership, the same as their soldiers.

Austerity in Europe has meant higher taxes and heavier handed, larger footprint government.  That isn't the same as what American conservatives have proposed.

Meanwhile, stocks are plunging as the Makers realize they need to leave town before the Takers gain power.

We're going to see more and more of this sort of thing over the next six months, as the Magic One's hold on power begins slipping further and further away.

The primitives are going to grasp at every straw they can, to prove the Magic One'll win.

What happened in France and Greece--other than the anti-incumbent sentiment--is pretty much meaningless for divining what's going to happen here.  As mentioned elsewhere, America and Europe do not move in tandem; and in fact most of the time (at least in my own lifetime) they move in opposite directions.

But the primitives are going to grasp any straw that sticks out, "foretelling" a Magic One victory.

Pretty soon the primitives will "read" an obscure by-election in North Nottinghamshire in which an obscure conservative is narrowly defeated by an obscure liberal, as portending a November victory for the Democrats.

And by mid-summer, the primitives'll be reduced to watching local elections in Rwanda and Surinam and Mauritius, hoping to find clues there, that we're moving left.

Straws don't hold very well.

And every producer who was left in France is on his or her way to the border.

Absolutely.  And why stay?  It's overrun with muslims, who burn cars in the slums for sport.  Hightail it to some island, soak up the sun, and watch the US elections.

Hopefully, the Republicans won't think this, for Romney, and they'll actually propose solutions--ones that will work.

If Germany pulled out of the EU, that sumbitch would fold like a lawn chair. BTW, DUmmies, if you haven't noticed, the idiot is trying to follow Greece and we have NEVER followed France.

You'd have to be a total moron to stay in France and get taxed 3/4 of your income. We have a word for it when a person's labor product is forcibly taken from them such that they see little to no benefit. Its called "slavery".
