Memphis police didn't report what angered a woman on Monday while she was in a Target store at U.S. 64 and North Germantown Parkway, but police quoted the note she left to be discovered in a shoe aisle.
"I steal every time I come here....I planted a bomb in the store," she wrote. "Guess where's it at."
The woman left the store and her note triggered a search by a bomb squad and police dogs, according to a court affidavit. They found no device.
Later, the woman was seen leaving the movie "Think Like a Man" and detained on a public transit bus, police reported.
They charged Toni J. Cobb, 37, with making a false offense report. Cobb was held in Shelby County's Jail East on $7,500 bond.

I don't know about a sister but I bet he has a lot of half sisters and half brothers.
....and he takes real good care of them.....NOT.

That's what Germantown gets for allowing public transit into their town. I'm assuming it was Memphis public transit? There's a reason Cobb County told MARTA to shove it up their asses when they wanted to expand into Cobb.

As a former GT student, I know what MARTA stands for. Not PC, but funny as hell.
