Oh boo hoo hoo.

Strassel: The President Has a List Barack Obama attempts to intimidate contributors to Mitt Romney's campaign.

Save Mr. Obama, who acknowledges no rules. This past week, one of his campaign websites posted an item entitled "Behind the curtain: A brief history of Romney's donors." In the post, the Obama campaign named and shamed eight private citizens who had donated to his opponent. Describing the givers as all having "less-than-reputable records," the post went on to make the extraordinary accusations that "quite a few" have also been "on the wrong side of the law" and profiting at "the expense of so many Americans."

These are people like Paul Schorr and Sam and Jeffrey Fox, investors who the site outed for the crime of having "outsourced" jobs. T. Martin Fiorentino is scored for his work for a firm that forecloses on homes. Louis Bacon (a hedge-fund manager), Kent Burton (a "lobbyist") and Thomas O'Malley (an energy CEO) stand accused of profiting from oil. Frank VanderSloot, the CEO of a home-products firm, is slimed as a "bitter foe of the gay rights movement."

1. They are really ****ing stupid, aren't they?

Or they think their readers are, which amounts to the same thing.

Once again if a repuke did this you goons would have torches and pitchforks in hand.

10. I love how none of this is wrong till a Democrat does it.

Cry us a river, dirtbags.

I love how it is ok since it is a democrat doing it. Correct me if I'm wrong but I can't recall the repukes ever doing this.

I don't for the life of me understand why they wish to kill the golden goose.

The don't give a shit when their own do this.  The outrage is eleventy when Bush used signing statements, executive orders, recess appointments, etc., but it is rationalized when Chicago Jesus does it.  But then again, these are the same people that cheer on the SEIU going to CEO's homes and scaring the crap out of their children and neighbors.

When I was a kid, most of the adults in my neck of the woods were Democrats. I still remember them talking politics at the local barbershop or over coffee at one another's homes.

If they had known what the party was to become in the following decades, they would have puked.

Didn't FDR's dictatorship give them a heads up?

There is a lot of truth in regards to what you said.
The old guard Dems, are now run up a pole and vilified.
It's a shame.

Everyone I knew who lived through the Depression worshipped FDR like a god for the rest of their lives.

They were convinced he saved them from starvation. Maybe he did.

He did not, and that has been demonstrated countless times. He worsened the depression, and it was not worth the damage to the constitution and future generations who have to pay for all of the damn socialism that has resulted from the likes of Wilson, FDR, and LBJ. "Greatest Generation" my ass. They sold us out before we were ever born.

Probably not, but you would never have convinced the people who believed he did.

And they could describe hardships that people today cannot conceive of ever happening in 20th century America.

Remember, these were days of no food stamps, no welfare, no minimum wage, no unemployment insurance, no Social Security. Nothing.

If you lost a job, you were totally, absolutely on your own, depending entirely on relatives and charities until you found work.

Didn't FDR's dictatorship give them a heads up?

They were country folk mostly, living in a one horse rural community. The details and debates on the finer Constitutional points of Presidential power in that day probably escaped them.

FDR had his good points.  The Roosevelt dime makes a fine rifle target.

I still blame FDR for everything. It was him who started the socialist agenda in this country, It was him to started to amass the debt, it was him to started the entitlement complex that most Americans have now.

FDR had nothing to do with getting us out of the depression, and the only reason he was re-elected was because we were in a war. It was, in fact, the war that got us out of the depression. The douchenozzles need to learn their history before spouting off their mouths.

As for bad people donating to Romney. It wouldn't matter how bad they are, they would never be as bad as the anti-american racists that Obama hung around with, and puts in his administration.
