Title: Woman Dies Of 2 Gallon A Day Coke Habit
Post by: obumazombie on April 20, 2012, 03:53:13 PM: 30 year old New Zealand mother of 8 dies of a heart attack in 2010.
Doctor testifies depressed potassium levels brought on by poor nutrition of Coca Cola and not much else.
30 cigarette a day habit probably didn't help.

I think you are a little off on this. You got the gun right, but they offered her a choice of dogmeat or coke.

Which is why we need loser pays tort reform. You bring a frivolous lawsuit and lose, you pay for the company's attorneys (I would set a cap on it to keep the company being sued from just loading up on attorneys to price it out of reach)

Exactly. Loser pays tort reform will stop a lot of frivolous law suits.
