Justin Erick Moore, 20 was held at the Myrtle Beach Jail charged with third-degree assault and battery, disorderly conduct/loud breaching peace and resisting arrest, according to jail records.
A 23-year-old reporter with WMBF News stopped Myrtle Beach police officers about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of North Ocean Boulevard and reported that four or five men stood around as she prepared to do a live shot for the 11 p.m. news broadcast, according to the report.
