I have no idea what this DUmpmonkey is trying to say, but I recall he has claimed to have been a writer and a political consultant to Cleveland mob democrats.
I just brought it over because it may be the most comical misuse of an apostrophe at the DUmp in a long time.
God strangles a kitten every time they use an apostrophe to form a plural, but when he saw DUmmy WCGreen's DUmp post, a whole litter of cocker spaniel puppies bit the dust.

Leveraging a company to get at its' pension funds is one level of evil...
But leveraging a country, that is despicable.
Does anyone really think Romney wont govern as close as he can to the way he ran Bain Capital?
When these guy say that the want to run the country like a business, we should all take cover.

Obviously 'its' is the plural of 'it' -- and then he added the apostrophe to indicate a plural possessive noun - Suffice it to say, You can find this and other fascinating tidbits in The Elements of Primitive Style - (Strunk & White)

Damn straight you DUmmies should take cover. The first thing that should happen is cut all the unproductive dead weight like disability, welfare, EBT, foodstamps, section 8, public housing, medicaid....the list goes on and on.

In the Freudian sense, it means they don't care about their audience, in this case all the other primitives, and think so highly of themselves that they can slop anything into the trough and the primitives will eat it up.
Pamela's a good example.
There are legitimate excuses for sloppy writing, including ignorance, but the green commode primitive alleges himself to have been a writer. And apparently one who thinks he's God's gift to the primitives, so he can get away with presenting himself in such a slovenly manner.
