I am wondering what set the kid off in the first place......The school did the right thing calling the police, when the child's anger
escalated..the school also has to protect the other kids as well... Also curious if this was an isolated incident for this particular child..

I wonder what the little demon-child acts like at home?
It's been my experience that many children that act like little monsters in public are allowed to act that way at home.

Trayvon comes to mind.

Just like the demon-child's parents, I reckon.
-
You know, when I first read this story at 5am, it upset me. But then I thought, this kid obviously isn't getting disciplined at home. Six years old may be a little young to be arrested, but why not do it now so she can get to know her future. Her mother should be ashamed of herself for raising such a brat. I'm also thinking of another parent's child who had to witness that. What if this demon child injured another child? From what I understand, she injured the principal.
-
"The girl was charged with simple assault and damage to property."
This is unreal! Now we are calling the cops to discipline our children? All she needed was a good hard smack on the ass! I guess this is the plan. We need the govt for everything! :banghead: I wonder if the Las Vegas leviathan calls 911 to wipe his ass?

Schools get sued these days, whenever they give brats the good hard smack on the ass they so desperately need. The PITA parents who need the smacking around even more than their kid does are at least consistent in that regard.

No one at the school could lay a finger on the little brat without being arrested themselves.
-
Shouldn't the teacher be discipling the kid, not police. Police have bigger things to worry. The kid is a brat.

Teachers can't touch kids these days without getting sued. This kid was way out of control. Dropped a bookcase on the principal. This child not only put herself in danger, but the other children as well.

No, the mother should be disciplining her child, not the teacher. The teacher is not the parent. The teacher is there to teach, not to parent. This little girl is out of control because her mother obviously isn't raising her right.
The police should get used to her name, because they will probably be dealing with her a lot in the future.

I agree the parents should discipline the kid. It is ultimately up to them.
I am just saying if a kid acted up like that in class, the teacher gave them a paddling.

Not in 2012. That's a lawyers dream.

Exactly. If a parent disciplines a child, it is abuse. If a teacher disciplines a child, they get sued.

So we end up with prisons filled with spoiled brats and it's all the liberals fault.

Unfortunately, there must be issues at home, and this kid is screaming for attention

Babies cry for it,

Get ready to spit up a little:

"Meantime, the girl's parents are trying to rally community support.
The parents said they're meeting today with local activists and ministers. Oscar Davis Jr., who identified himself as a community activist, said they plan to get attorneys involved and they plan to contact activist Al Sharpton."
Parenting fail in 1...2...3...
""She has mood swings some days, which all of us had mood swings some days. I guess that was just one of her bad days that day," said [mother] Constance Ruff."
:hammer:
I guess instead of just "hoodie" marches, there will now also be "moody" marches for justice for "Salecia." God forbid we have black children being afraid of being profiled for 'throwing shelves while black' or 'biting door knobs while black'.
-
When I was in school the teachers disciplined us when we needed it and if I went home and told my parents I got whacked for needing discipline at school!
All this anti corporal punishment crap is the reason they have the kids drugged IMO.

I read shit like that and I just shake my f'n head. All I had to do was read "meeting today with local activists and ministers" to know the race of the kid.
Then I read this by a black commenter and it gives me a little hope:
http://www.facebook.com/each1teaching1 (her fb page, this was in the comments section)
I agree with the school, let the police cuff her. If anyone at the school would have touched her the parents would have sued and said how wrong they were. I guarantee this kid has had behavior problems all year and the parent knew. What patent can't be reached by the school. My cell phone sits right by my desk all day everyday. I wish mine would act crazy at school, I am coming in on two wheels and i am bringing every bit of displinary weaponary my mother used on me and then some. LOL

Who are you? Sounds like you and I went to the same school (to say nothing of having the same parents).

Someone that was in school before liberals totally effed them up?

Do you remember Mrs. Sweeney? When someone got out of hand she would grab your ears and sink in the claws! If you still struggled you would bleed! Generally you only got that treatment once.

Al Sharpton is too busy with Trayvon Martin. He isn't going to show up because a crazy bitches offspring went crazy at kindergarten.

That horse is agonal wheezing in the back stretch. It won't make it to the home turn. Fat Al will abandon that horse long before that to save face from what appears to be another Crystal Mangum case.

Get REAL, a 3 year old having a fit weighing 30 pounds wearing shoes can bring their father to the ground when kicked in the balls trying to calm a kid that does not want to go to bed.
A 6 year old that is taller stronger and weighs more having the same fit, is still like a sneaky snake, they can squirm and throw themselves about , lash out with both hands and feet. You get a child that has " Mood Swings " and crap you got a little CHUCKIE to contend with. They bite ,scratch, kick and scream bloody murder.
Few parents want to harm their child, they cannot slap them to calm them down, cannot grab their arms or legs hard enough to leave bruises and or shake them back to reality.
6 year old are taught in school that they must report to the teachers if their parents hit them or physiology harmed them by telling them they were bad to set the cat on fire.
So parents to stay out of jail give in to all demands a child has, spoil them rotten and make excuses for their kid when they get to be 8 years old and develop a fascination with fire.
I do not blame the cops for handcuffing a 6 year old that has had a " Mood Swing" or gone into a mother of all fits.
For their own safety and that of the child, had she been left unrestrained and began to smash her head on the windows of the police car an ended up bleeding before she stopped her rant, the sight of a 6 year old taken from a police car covered in blood would have led to riots across the country.
