Title: Eaglecam. Decorah eagles have three chicks.

It's 6PM. all three chicks have hatched and both parents are at the nest. One is feeding the chicks a fish.

Looks like mama eagle is now feeding them some sort of furry animal.

It worked this time. A lot of wind was ruffling the adult's feathers while they were blocking the wind and shielding the chicks.

It's so funny to watch them kick each other and wobble their heads. One of them looks considerably bigger than the other two.

I always forget about this cam and appreciate the reminder. I enjoy watching the parents as much as the chicks.

Post by: Eupher on April 16, 2012, 08:43:44 AM: Well, it's a long way from bald eagles, and I damn sure don't have a Goslingcam ( :p ), but Mrs E and I have a nesting pair of Canada geese alongside our pond. She's been on eggs for 2.5 weeks now and they should be hatching in a little more than a week.
