Death penalty is still on the table for Mr. Zimmerman under federal laws.
Charge him with first degree murder, depraved indifference, as intended and mandated by Florida law, because there was premeditation, and it seems to me that this Republican State Attorney failed to do due dilgence, and needs to step aside for an independent prosecutor. She failed to do due dilgence by not announcing the arrest of Mr. Zimmerman and the eventual charge of first degree murder, and for that, she is failing to do the duty under Florida law.
I say this from a white human male that's in Colorado.
Zimmerman's actions fails to pass the smell test for SYG, so therefore, SYG is disqualified, therefore premeditation exists, and even was ORDERED to wait for police to take care of Mr. Martin.
Evidence exists through witnesses that easily justifies first degree murder, with special circumstances attached.

The feds don't have grounds for a hate crime. You hating the outcome does not make it a hate crime.

Based on what I've seen so far, with a good attorney and an unbiased jury I don't know if he'll need to cop a plea.

I don't know how the DUmmie gets that premeditation existed. As for him being "ordered" to wait for the police, based solely on the sound of his breathing and the background sounds on the phone he stopped as soon as the 911 operator told him to stop. Of course, there may be video out there that shows something different, but I would imagine if video existed that painted Zimmerman in a bad light it would have already been broadcast 24 hours a day.
