Well, our worst fears are realized, but Bush and Cheney will NEVER be prosecuted
we all know that, at least not while they are alive. At least while a LOT of people are still alive. It will take a generation to right the wrongs they caused. Those withut power have no voice today.
Sad that these men of power can tear down institutions with impunity, and the Administration we hold as our own will never move on those two.

thought they would escape as well and many are now in prison.
The only way these men will pay is to OCCUPY every institution and let the rule of law prevail.

Now that thats out of the way. Isn't cases like this what the ICC is all about. If a country can't, or won't prosecute such as this, due to our politics and the pukes, then the ICC steps in. If I understand it right they will give us ample time to deal with cases like this and then after a while if it is shown we won't or can't deal with it the court will. I believe Spain is working on this case right now and its only a matter of time before they demand that we turn these traitors over to them. I feel the day is coming that they will be tried for their war crimes, crimes against humanity etc..

Can you imagine the melt down the pukes would have had if cheney/bushco would have been arrested shortly after our first black President takes office, It would have caused another civil war, carnage at the least, and that is why we aren't dealing with these traitors and scum of the earth here.
