NBC can go to hell. The race mongering bigots.
-
Regardless of their apology, it was done intentionally and they accomplished their goal of flaming the fires of of racism.
-
I am wondering how long it will be before we see Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and The Black Panthers apologize? We will probably never see that.
-
We will be taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future and apologize to our viewers," the network said in a statement cited by The Washington Post.

Sounds like they're going to hire Bernie Goldberg.
I kid.
-
Top NBC staff should be fired.
-
What?!? Oh, say it isn't so! A news program edited information to inflame emotions? (sarcasm)
-
**** NBC. They knew what they were doing when they edited the 911 tape and played it on the national news.
George Zimmerman needs to find a good lawyer and sue the shit out of them.

Headline: Race baiting NBC fails to inspire race riots: Apologizes

NBC did this for the purpose of stirring up a damned lynch mob against an innocent (until proven guilty) man. I'm quite afraid that "I'm sorry" just isn't gonna cut it.
-
Oh, come on now, did we really expect any different from the network that created fake exploding trucks?
-
If I was Zimmerman, I would call a lawyer and sue the shit out of them.

Definitely. Make 'em pay--big.

The only problem is, was it KNOWINGLY FALSE? Good luck proving that. Also, good luck proving damages, even though the guy is pretty much going to spend the rest of his life looking over his shoulder.
And you're certainly not going to be able to prove malicious intent.
So while NBC SHOULD be paying through the nose, not much chance of that ever happening.

It was obviously knowingly false, since they had to have both tapes to edit them together the way they did.

But for a charge of defamation to stick, ALL THREE conditions need to be met.

True. But for NBC, Zimmerman was just collateral damage. Their real goal was to stir up racial tensions. It's amazing how the MSM is finding one shiny object after another to keep our attention off the economy , unemployment and gas prices.

Apology not accepted. There is no excuse for this. Isn't this a replay of the GWB national guard papers? or was that another so called news agency?

Racial strife sells papers. And it leads to bloodshed, which sells even more.
