Title: nadin lists story items

Oh my.

nadin must hate Hispanics, which would be odd for someone growing up part of the 1% in a Hispanic country.

Ok let's list story items for Zimmerman that have fallen appart

1.- He was in a life dead struggle...

Tucked clean shirt, EMS cancels second ambulance.

2.- He was confronted by Travon

911 dispatcher told him he dd not need to follow him.

3.- Broken nose, gash on head requiring stitches...

Once again no blood anywhere on tape from cops. Tucked in shirt.

So now the major plot points have collapsed, what s left? Trayvon was going after the gun. Expect this one to pick up speed, I mean the rest are gone. And truthfully there is no way the evidence we have right now can counter that. Trayvon is dead. Here is where ballistics will make or break the case, but that is the next step.

I wonder if the family of Mr. Zimmerman realized that in this day and age a story is actually easier to debunk.

Now here is what I'd love to see from media...an investigative reporter going there and looking at the town culture and police patterns when it comes to minorities.

1. 'Tucked in shirt' vs 'The hoodie'.

Whose guilty?

2. Keep your eyes open for this new one...initially it was reported GZ was driving around on one of his neighborhood watch shifts when he spotted Trayvon. Now the Zimmerman'a are being very emphatic in stating GZ was returning from or on the way to Target. While this may seem irrelevant at first glance, in a court of law the distinction may be very important. The distinction has something to do with the rules for neighborhood watch groups and intent.

4. Yup, good catch

But that one is also easy to check. Big brother, aka security cameras at Target. If he was there, there will be tape.

Will our cops think of this?

Oh geezuz.  Every primitive's caught the grasswire bug, trying to be a detective.

6. The Feds would and the public can keep these questions in the nat'l dialog.

Also, you are quite right about the Target cameras. They might be making this up as they go getting caught up in the web of their own lies.

8. Well they are victims of an escalating story.

nadin so badly wants to come to a correct conclusion about something, anything.

It hasn't happened yet.

It must be discouraging for nadin, always being wrong, never being right.

11. Target?

I read it was a grocery store earlier this week.

3. Was the gun checked for fingerprints?"

If Trayvons fingerprints arent on the gun, it will be proof he didnt grab it.

5. He was absolutely NOT at his truck looking at a street sign when the two came face to face and the altercation started. That all occurred right near where the fight broke out and Trayvon was shot. CLEARLY showing Zimmerman was following Trayvon.

7. What? Investigate Southern small town culture and police patterns?

You expect that nice, comfortable reporters in comfortable offices on the 54th Floor in Manhattan are going to come down, sleep in a Motel 6, and eat food out of a bag in some small town in Central, FL just to tell us, what? That story's been told better than they can:

http://www.videodetective.com/movies/in-the-heat-of-the-night/568

Besides, they don't really want to tell us what really happened. So, who are we to want to know more?

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NZ9PeLaN8l4/TrfEMIDF7cI/AAAAAAAAFiY/xAobDETNifA/s640/mainstream+media.jpg

Well, as long as the reporters are there anyway, they might look into acts of racism and hate occurring in northern blue cities run by corrupt Democrat machines.

It's probably worst up there, than it is down south.

9. Have you noticed that "You got me" sounds a lot like "you shot me"?

The difference is....

If it is as the Father is saying the last words were "You got me" that just sounds odd but is indicative of very little.

However,

If Trayvon's last words were "You shot me." then that can be used to make a case that the presence of a gun was a complete surprise to Trayvon.

MAYBE....and i admit this is reaching.....This phraze is there to hide something that was really said by either party that is damning to the shooter.

Maybe.

10. From the timeline

Looks like Trayvon bled out very fast. No time to say a thing, but worth considering.

By the way this is something that makes all this worthy of quite a bit if investigation by a capable csi team.

It's fascinating, watching the primitives trying to figure this out.

One envisions a "picture" of a whole lot of little ants with capes, crawling near the ground, magnifying glass in hand, scurrying around looking for clues and bumping into each other.

Zimmerman, down there in Florida, is in big trouble.

He has a fat mexican nutcase and an addled, muttering baglady, both on the West Coast, hot on his trail.

I'd say the jig is up.

Every one of her points can be easily taken apart by facts, she doesn't have a clue.  nadin, and all of the DUmmies, think that they are Special Unique Snowflakes, and that their thoughts need to be the established truth.  nadin and all the other DU idiots can suck it.

But did she cross the Rubicon to meet Supperman, who helped her out (the fat Mexican nutcase), or not?

13. Voice recognition software in two cases said it wasn't Zimmerman crying.

http://articles.orlandose...able-scientific-certainty

If you read the article you'll find that it returned a 48 percent match when compared to Zimmerman's voice. The tester claims that with that quality of audio he expects a match of higher than 90 percent to have a positive match.

He goes on to say that he didn't have sample of Trayvon's voice to compare.

With all that in mind, one of his statements/conclusions has me scratching my head. After not having a sample of one of the subjects AND returning a match of 48% on the other subject he claims that you can say with a reasonable scientific certainty that it's not the voice with the match of 48%.

Does this not make sense to anyone else? He essentially has a 0% match with Trayvon since he doesn't have a sample of Trayvon, and he has a 48% match of Zimmerman. I would think that with the info at hand that you could only say with a reasonable scientific certainty that it is possibly not Zimmerman.

"As a result of that, you can say with reasonable scientific certainty that it's not Zimmerman," Owen says, stressing that he cannot confirm the voice as Trayvon's, because he didn't have a sample of the teen's voice to compare.

Other than egging on the idjits that want to arrest, try and execute Zimmermann before the investigation is completed, there is no weight or conclusive evidence to this sham. It rates lower, much lower in accuracy, than a lie detector. And a lie detector result is never admissible in court proceedings.

One wonders what nadin thinks of this.

NBC to do ‘internal investigation’ on Zimmerman segment

NBC told this blog today that it would investigate its handling of a piece on the “Today” show that ham-handedly abridged the conversation between George Zimmerman and a dispatcher in the moments before the death of Trayvon Martin. A statement from NBC:

“We have launched an internal investigation into the editorial process surrounding this particular story.”

Great news right there. As exposed by Fox News and media watchdog site NewsBusters, the “Today” segment took this approach to a key part of the dispatcher call:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.

Here’s how the actual conversation went down:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?

    Zimmerman: He looks black.

The difference between what “Today” put on its air and the actual tape? Complete: In the “Today” version, Zimmerman volunteered that this person “looks black,” a sequence of events that would more readily paint Zimmerman as a racial profiler. In reality’s version, Zimmerman simply answered a question about the race of the person whom he was reporting to the police. Nothing prejudicial at all in responding to such an inquiry.

In an appearance on Fox News’s “Hannity,” Brent Bozell, president of the conservative Media Research Center, called this elision on the part of ”Today” an “all-out falsehood” — not just a distortion or misrepresentation.

And it’s a falsehood with repercussions. Much of the public discussion over the past week has settled on how conflicting facts and interpretations call into question whether Zimmerman acted justifiably or criminally. That’s a process that’ll continue. But one set of facts in the is ironclad, and that’s the back-and-forth between Zimmerman and the dispatcher. To portray that exchange in a way that wrongs Zimmerman is high editorial malpractice well worthy of the investigation that NBC is now mounting.

Could, if this "clever edit" by NBC were to spark more violence, NBC be held monetarily liable for damages?  It's a lie on the order of the gas tank rigging in 1993.

So called journalists are beginning to make lawyers look ethical.

There was one story in my newspaper from AlPravda about the Treyvon and Zimmerman incident and ,get ready, it was all about how the media shaped the story with a convict jumper shot of Zimmerman and the five year old photo of the honor student Treayvon. Even AlPravda now knows that this is blowing up in their faces and are stepping the hell back to avoid liability and the coming backlash from Al "Tawana Brawley" Sharpton gets a few dozen people killed. In addition, orders from the 0bama Regime must have come down to put a spike on this as his numbers with whites and white-Hispanics are tanking over his black tribalism.

I'm sure they just had to edit it down for time constraints, we all know Zimmerman is a grand wizard of the KKK anyway, so even if he didn't actually say that he was really thinking it.  :rotf:

ABC News has re-digitized video of George Zimmerman taken shortly after Trayvon Martin's shooting.

The video was unveiled as an exclusive this morning on "Good Morning America." ABC was the first news organization to show the original tape.

Reporter Matt Gutman said the clearer video shows "what appear to be a pair of gashes or welts on George Zimmerman's head."

Neighborhood Watch volunteer Zimmerman has said he shot 17-year-old Trayvon in self-defense. The video shows Zimmerman arriving at the Sanford Police Department within an hour after the shooting.

Gutman said the video had been "clarified" by Forensic Protection Inc. Former FBI Special Agent Brad Garrett told ABC that the clearer video shows "marks on the back of Mr. Zimmerman's head."
