Why the GOP will lose in November

Check out this editorial from Sam Graves, MO 6th district.

He's out of touch with his constituents. Must be payback time to his corporate backers.

Two very bad ideas from labor regulators

The rules to kickball are fairly simple. You kick the ball and then run to the base. If the ball beats you to the bag, or you get tagged, then you are out. It’s a lot like baseball. But what if the umpire changed those rules in the middle of the game? What if the umpire made more rules that cost your team time and money to comply with?

What if the rules seemed to be structured to help the other team score?

That would certainly make the game less fun and fewer people would want to play. Unfortunately for too many small businesses, this isn’t an off-the-wall scenario, it’s reality.

In 2007, a bill known as “card check” — allowing the creation of union bargaining units without secret-ballot elections — passed the House. It did not come to a vote in the Senate. Yet much of what wasn’t passed into law is being enacted through agency regulations.

The National Labor Relations Board recently handed down two rules I believe will make it much more difficult for small businesses to survive.

1. The GOPers will lose because of their collective bad track record which they can't deny

2. It is becoming more evident every day.

More and more are seeing that they are on the wrong side of the argument over economic policy, and that the ability to hide that fact behind stupid social issues bullshit won't work for them anymore.

3. Unless they get away with keeping big blocks of people away from the voting booths. Like in Florida right now the League of Woman voters and Rock the Vote are not even doing their drives here because if they make a couple of mistakes it could cost them $10,000 fines.

The GOP is making an all out effort to thwart Democratic votes or votes in general because they know more votes means more chance that they will lose.

I think but I am not sure that some of this is in the court right now. I sure hope so. I don't know how these people live in their own skin.

Dream on, primitives.

It's a long haul to November.

Why do DUmmies think that corporations only donate to evil Republicans?

Grocery stores had different unions for many years, Sam. They had the meat cutters union and the clerks union and the produce workers and the teamsters who delivered the goods to the store. And you know what else? They had customer service - imagine that! And lower prices too.

Your grocery store analogy also fails when you bring up small business owners. There are no small business owners who own grocery stores! Every grocery store in this area is part of a corporate network of stores. Find any small business owner who wants to invest their money in a grocery store and you've found a fool who hasn't thought through a plan.

Now why do you want to give employers more time to bash unions and threaten employees to keep them from choosing to be represented by a union? I hope everyone who goes to the polls in your district in November remembers that you are the rep who favors the corporate employers over the workers - who are your voters and constituents. You need to think this through. The corporate executives who run these stores don't even live in your district and they certainly don't outnumber the voters who elect you. Yes, they give you money, but no, they don't elect you and you aren't representing them.

You should be ashamed. This is how the GOP loses voters.

Said primitive, whose face has been shown to have the ravages of years and years of Hate upon it, is trying to do one of these:

 :lalala:

Because she is old enough to remember Jimmah, and we're exactly where we were in 1980, at the moment.  Remember how well that worked out for the Dems then?  With Jimmah stabbing them in the back this past week on abortion, primitives who worship the Sacrament of the Left must be a tad upset.  So, the Die alt Sau primitive tries to "rally the troops," but she ain't no George Gipp--or Sarah Palin, when it comes to inspiring speeches.  She's more like Randi Rhodes.

Because if they acknowledged that corporations give almost if not more to Dems, i.e. Obummer that would blow their little argument about being against the man out of the water.  The same issue exists when Pig Michael Moore speaks in front of the Occuturds about the evil 1%ers.

I hate to tell it to the old DUchebag but that is why the republicans are going to own the White House, have a bigger margin in the HOR, and may even get a filibuster proof Senate.  Except for about 3500 misfits that post on the DUmp everybody in the real world knows those words are dead ass spot on.
