I was trying to reply to your last PM you sent me and it wouldn't let me. It said I have exceeded 15 messages in an hour. I have only sent four in the last hour.

If you add in all of the CCs, that would make it exceed your message sending parameters.

I figured that out when I got responses from the mods because there were CC's.
