Hypocrisy?
The store owner, of course, is African American so this is a "good" shoot, although there is major disagreement:

TAMPA, Fla. - Taquanda Baker doesn't remember the suspect saying anything. She just remembers seeing his gun. "I was standing here," she said, pointing to a spot near her cash register. "As I saw him coming, he already had the gun up." Baker pulled her gun out of her pocket, misfiring a shot into the wall, then aimed and shot again. "He stumbled about 3 feet back, hit the floor, and I shot out the door," she recalls. Baker ran outside her convenience store to Armenia Avenue and flagged down a TPD cruiser.
"I was like, 'I just shot somebody. Help me! Help me! Help me!" While paramedics raced the suspect to the hospital, police put Baker in handcuffs and in the backseat of a patrol car. She told them she not only knew the person she shot -- she knew he was only 16. "I used to tease with him, 'Why aren't you in school today?'" Baker explained. Baker calls Quintavius Moore a regular customer, who shopped in her store several times a day. He'd buy shirts or candy, sometimes he even brought kids in.
Moore's grandmother, Delores Wesley, wouldn't comment on her grandson's death, but asked ABC Action News to relay a message to other teens. "Stay in school," Wesley said. "Put God in your life." Knowing she killed Moore, even in self-defense, makes Baker sick. "It's a feeling in the inside. I can't explain it," Baker said. "It's like my heart's broken."
Baker bought the gun when she opened her store a couple years ago. She puts it in her pocket first thing every morning. She keeps it concealed, so she's not sure more even knew she had a gun, especially since this was the first time she's ever had to use it. "With $30 in the register, so if he was lucky enough to get the money, it would've just been $30," Baker said. "That's nothing. It's not worth your life."

I would say that she did comment on his death, or at least what may have led to his death.

If Trayvon had stayed in school (and not gotten himself suspended) he'd be alive today.

BINGO! But that is kind of racist to point that out.
If a demokrat party member that is 50/50 white/black shoots a full black will the MSM say that the shooter is a white African American or will it never be reported?

Where is the mpeg of the little kid missing his front teeth yelling "that's racist" ?

No problem here. Something tells me Taquanda isn't white.

I'm thinking she's Chinese.

Well, I feel compassion for both the shooter and the grandmother, but it sounds like this young thug chose his own way in spite of them both trying to look out for him. It was a bad choice, and choices have consequences.

She had enough time to pull her weapon, fire two shots (one of which she deliberately took time to aim), and the young thug began to assume room temperature.
Hmmmmmm....
Sounds to me like little angel Quintavius (when will these cretins stop hanging these stupid assed names on their children?) didn't expect much resistance. I think the movie/rap video that was playing in his head showed him terrorizing this woman and making off with a bag full of money to throw around in the air when he got back to his "crib" and he reacted accordingly.
Seems like there is a lesson in this. I think it might be that:
1. Attempting to physically harm someone in Florida has suddenly become a very bad idea.
2. Taquanda ( :whatever: ) should include in her prayers a word of thanks to all of the horrible, slave owning, dead, white men who were prescient enough to guarantee her right to protect her life.
3. Relaxed handgun laws have added a very steep degree of difficulty to armed robbery; rules of engagement will vary according to private property owner.
4. A handgun in the hands of a trained, law abiding citizen is much more effective than 100,000 police officers.

Reality can be such a pain in the ass, can't it?

I'm trying to get my wife to start filling out her paperwork for a permit in the People's Republik of Noo Yawk. I think getting a stone to bleed would be easier.

Um, why?

Would showing her this article help?

Never know!

Um, why?
Probably standard procedure until they could check her story.
