Some kind or weird drugs.

Son told me that at a biker party some guy came in and began to cut off the tattoos on his arm. Just sat there and with no sign of pain stripped off the skin on his arm.    The older bikers went nuts, called an ambulance      this guy is crazy.  The male was skinning himself alive, and the hardened bikers were throwing up.
