Yes our steve wants to revitilize "Olde Towne" Omaha. He thinks a magnet attraction is needed. He has a grand idea, a modern 15 pump gas station. With $5 a gallon gas, a station in "Olde Towne" selling it for $4.99/9 ought to draw huge crowds into the area.
