Title: spot the safety violation

The navy runs a site on improving safety.   This is one of the "wrong way" pictures.

My wife asked if that was in Mexico.

Actually, I have seem some pretty hair-raising stuff in Mexico.  Across from the Marriott in Puerto Vallarta, they built these like 20 story condos which we could see from our room.  There as a guy who was up on like the 19th floor, with a 2x4 caddy-corner across the balcony rails painting the porch ceiling.  You could see it bouncing as he moved around.  I was expecting him to fall any second.

I have seen some really scary stuff in Asia. Men working 20 floors up on scaffolding made of wooden poles lashed together with rope... :mental:

Three of them did a lot of drugs.  Which explains the Yoko thing.  I think Ringo just drank a lot.
