There are state-issued cards available, "Doctor":

Harrisburg, we have a problem...(here we go...)
My really really advanced-in-years FIL (96) is a Dem voter. He gave up his drivers license years ago, and has no positive photo ID which the Commonwealth will now require. You need a series of documents from "column A" and some from "column B" AND, now get this, you have to go NOT TO A DRIVERS LICENSE CENTER (of which we have quite a few) BUT TO THE PLACE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY GIVE THE DRIVER'S TESTS. There are not that many of these and you 'can't get there from here' unless you really knock yourself out or are driven there (which we will do, believe me). These documents, furthermore, are really hard to come by...how many 96 year-olds have their original Social Security card? Or a passport. EXPIRED DRIVERS LICENSES ARE UNACCEPTABLE.
This is REAL VOTER REPRESSION. Inner city folk will in no way be able to undertake this with any ease, and unless this is overturned by the courts, we may be in big troube here in the swing state of Pennsylvania.
Welcome to Fascism 101... Next: How many bubbles in a bar of soap? Enquiring minds want to know!
"Enquiring"???. . .and it's "suppression" not "repression". ::)

Next time I am asked to show ID to buy alcohol, get on a plane, or wherever else I am carded, I will yell "FASCISTS!!!!"

I checked the PA website for the requirements for a state ID. Here's the website:
LINK (http://http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/pdotforms/fact_sheets/pub195us.pdf)
Basically, all you need is a birth certificate, utility bill, and a SS card.
IF DUmmie FIL doesn't have any of the above items, DUmmie has 7 months to get them from the proper state agencies before the election.
Better get that stuff ordered before November, or FIL dies, in which case, DUmmie'd better be moving his carcass to Chicago. :lmao:

I have lots and lots of relatives (all advanced in their years) up in PA. I've yet to hear a single one of them complain about any of these requirements. Why is that?
Face it, PCIntern, your 'complaint' matters about as much as a fart in a hurricane.

Because your relatives aren't DUmmies. :II:

Don't mention hurricane to him. :rotf:

I think that the big factor here is because the SIL--the dentist's janitor primitive--is a DUmb****, not so much the actual voter. Plus, the dentist's janitor DUmb**** is pissed that he can't vote in the FIL's place. Voter ID works! :-) :cheersmate:

I haven't seen much news for the last few days, but as soon as I read PCIntern's post I knew somewhere in the news would be the story of Pennsylvania enacting a voter ID law. The DUmmies are very informative. As soon as something becomes a somewhat hot news item they start fabricating tales that relate it.

DUmmie is afraid voter ID will cost him one of his many votes.

I have had several relatives that functioned well in their 90's, and every one of them would have been capable of getting an ID if they'd needed. If they aren't capable of getting an ID...maybe they aren't capable to vote, either. ::)
