Folks, this is another red herring - like the contraception debate - dredged up by the Obamessiah's Propaganda shills to drive wedges between conservatives and large voter blocs - in this case the Hispanics. The Puerto Ricans have repeatedly voted down referendums for statehood, and therefore, this whole "english before statehood" thing is just another straw man.
